2012 in Sight

I know that we are going to suffer through no end of media enthusiasm for the 2012 prophecy cult that has been slowly brewing up. Coast to coast is certainly going to work the story to death for the next two years, but so will everyone else. Look what the loons did with the turn of the millennium.

Of course, I could not resist targeting 2012 as the likeliest year for open seas in the Arctic. A better estimation would have been a three year span between 2012 and 2014 as that allows for wind clearance to occur with a high level of probability. But since 2012 was obviously included in the target time frame it was too good to pass. And maybe the winds will cooperate.

In fact, a repeat of the winds of 2007 this coming year would surely have a dramatic impact and clear great stretches of the Arctic. The ice is both that thin and also that weakened.

NASA’s fears are a case of looking for a source that could create shock and awe and then saying maybe.

However, for this prophecy to hold any credence what must actually occur is for a number of Arks to arrive bearing Nephilim. That alone would justify this legend been satisfied. The fact that we now know how to build such Arks at least in theory (see my post on reverse engineering the UFO) it is only a matter of time before we can go to them. This could happen in most of my reader’s lifetimes. A generation should be sufficient to shake out the applied technology.

Having said all that, we are surely going to have a free for all among the press crowd and an assorted army of loons. Since there will be no new information added during this time, and no way to disprove anything whatsoever, it will be open season for imaginative license.

This is the note in the Coast to Coast newsletter:

On Wednesday's show, researcher Tom Horn discussed how 2012 is a pivotal time which coincides with prophecies from not only the Mayans, but Christianity, Judaism, Freemasonry, and other groups. For instance, the Cherokee Rattlesnake prophecies also end in 2012, and over 700 years ago Jewish priests prophesied in the Zohar that the Messiah would arrive in the year 2012. Cultures separated by thousands of miles or years refer to 2012 and the return of their God as common themes, he stated.

Interestingly, a 500-year-old Mayan prophecy relates to the founding of America, referring to the year 1776, and a 13th step countdown ending in the year 2012, said Horn. Many U.S. Founding Fathers were aware of these prophecies, and incorporated this knowledge into designs in Washington DC, such as the US Capitol dome, and in the Great Seal of the US, which depicts the return of a pagan god, he detailed.

As for what might occur in 2012, Horn noted that according to NASA, the time frame of 2012-2013 could bring powerful solar storms, and we could be knocked off the grid for up to three years. He also talked about the increased experimentation with transgenic creatures that are bred with mixed human and animal DNA, and how this is a repeat of what the Watchers (Nephilim) did back in the biblical era.

Here is a directory site that is covering the story as it unfolds.
