With the ongoing surge of COVID-19 infections in China, many are shocked by its scale and worried about a potential new wave hitting the rest of the world.

Let’s take a close look into the factors that affect our antiviral immunity, and how to better protect yourself if another wave hits where you live.

Some People Never Get Infected by Viruses

Looking at pandemics throughout history, one can’t ignore the impact of the Black Death, which swept across Europe and reduced the population by more than half in some areas. Yet, some people never got sick.

Cholera assailed Europe, but some people stayed uninfected, even though they ate the same contaminated food and drank the same tainted water.

Some doctors and nurses dedicated their lives to the leprous tribes, and yet they never contracted the bacterial infection.

Two human challenge trials were done during the 1918 Spanish flu by two independent groups of doctors in Boston and San Francisco with 62 and 50 healthy volunteers, respectively. Regardless of how many aggressive means were taken to try to infect people (even dropping mucus or bodily fluids from flu patients into the healthy volunteers’ eyes, noses, or throats), none of the participants became infected.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, a SARS-CoV-2 human challenge study published in Nature in 2022 found that of the 36 healthy volunteers inoculated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus intranasally, only a little more than half became infected with mild symptoms, and the other half remained uninfected. Two were excluded from the per-protocol analysis, so the experiment went on with 34 participants.

These experiments show that some people just don’t get infected.

Viruses ‘See’ People With Weakened Immunity

While people may look similar on the outside, we look very different in the microscopic world of viruses. Our immune systems look different, too.

The immune system we were born with is a sophisticated design. It has layer upon layer of defenses and acts like an army protecting us 24/7 against various viruses and bacteria.

Viruses need suitable cells to hijack so they can replicate. If a person’s cells are in a good antiviral state, there’s no soil for the virus to spread its roots, so to speak, so that person won’t become infected.

For instance, mucosal epithelial cells in our nose can automatically secrete a substance that puts this cell into an antiviral state.

This substance is called interferon. It interferes with the replication of the virus, breaking down its protein, enzymes, and RNA so that the virus can’t survive in these cells.

Going deeper, there are a variety of immune cells, such as natural killer (NK) cells, macrophages, and lymphocytes. Each cell is like a special soldier possessing special skills to fight viruses.

Even if you become infected, if your immune system is strong, you will suffer only mild illness and quickly recover.

Research published in the journal Scientific Reports of Nature proves that at the early stage of infection, the more interferon that’s present, the lower the incidence of developing severe symptoms of COVID.

On the contrary, if a person has poor antiviral immunity, the virus is more likely to infect cells, replicate, and establish a devastating presence in the person’s body.
2 States of Immunity

There are generally two distinct states of immune response—one healthy and effective, the other not.

The first state is the antiviral state. It’s characterized by strong antiviral immunity from immune cells that can secrete interferons to eradicate viruses. The second is the systemic chronic inflammation state. This state makes people susceptible to viral infections.

A study published in Nature Medicine summarizes the causes of chronic inflammation and its consequences. Some of the most common factors are physical inactivity, obesity, a poor diet, social isolation, psychological stress, and poor sleep.

Positive Thinking Promotes Antiviral Immunity

When we talk about strengthening immunity, people often think about improving nutrition or developing antibodies.

Those factors are important; boosting nutrition and adding exercise to one’s regimen will certainly help. At the same time, there are other internal ways to enhance our ability to fight viruses.

Everyone has emotions, thoughts, characteristics, and different mental states. People think that our thoughts are intangible, but they do, in fact, have material effects. Science has proved this point already. Depression, anxiety, stress, anger, and fear all have widespread and well-documented physiological effects. They can affect essential aspects of our biochemistry, from hormone production, to our perception of pain. Positive emotions also have an effect, though it can be mixed.

In psychology, there are two broad concepts of happiness: hedonic and eudaimonic. Hedonic refers to the happiness gained through a pleasurable experience such as eating a tasty meal. Eudaimonic refers to happiness that comes from achieving purpose and meaning, such as raising a child. Hedonic happiness is often fleeting and may leave us pursuing more of the stimulus that caused it, such as tasty foods, or indulgences such as watching movies or drinking alcohol. Eudaimonic happiness is often more lasting because it’s derived from more substantial experiences or aspects of our own character.

A 2013 study published in PNAS, a top-ranked journal, discovered that people who were inclined to pursue justice and noble goals (eudaimonic) had higher interferon gene expression, higher ability to produce antibodies, and significantly lower expression of chronic inflammatory genes.

Furthermore, according to a Harvard University and the University of California–Berkeley study published in Current Opinion in Psychology in 2015, people with honest hearts are less prone to viral infections. That’s because the cortisol responsiveness of liars is significantly higher than that of truth-tellers. And the higher the cortisol responsiveness, the easier it is for the stress hormone levels in the body to rise.

Corticosteroids and cortisol have an inhibitory effect on immune cells and suppress the body’s ability to fight viruses. Therefore, dishonest behavior will lead to a decline in antiviral ability.

Additionally, research has found that people who seek purpose in life have stronger natural killer cell function and immunity.

A study was conducted by the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center in the Departments of Behavioral Sciences and Neurological Sciences at the Rush University Medical Center in Chicago on the important determinant of health outcomes and mortality in community-dwelling elderly persons in the United States.

Researchers found that having a stronger sense of purpose in life effectively prevents lethal events. A person with a high score on the purpose in life measure had a 43 percent reduced risk of mortality compared to a person with a low score. Thus, developing and refining people’s sense of purpose can protect health and potentially save lives.

The scientific evidence supports that our thoughts, mindsets, and moral standards can affect the genes and functions of immune cells, affect hormone levels, and impact holistic antiviral immunity.

As a whole, our thoughts can contribute to whether or not we are infected in an epidemic, or whether or not we will be seriously ill after we are infected.

In traditional cultures, people who are kind, altruistic, honest, and have a calm heart and humble attitude are normally healthier. Now we understand that it’s because they produce high levels of interferon, strong NK cell function, and strong antiviral immunity. Such people are less susceptible to viral infections.

People with these qualities usually have a stable mind and better mental health and don’t easily become anxious, depressed, or have negative and intense emotions.

I have a friend who has faith, is kind, often volunteers to help others, and has been in the COVID ward every day throughout the pandemic. This friend has never been infected with COVID-19. I also have many other friends similar to her who have remained uninfected during the pandemic, too.

Throughout the recent COVID surge in China, there have been an unusual number of high-profile Chinese officials who have died of suspected COVID-19 infections. As high-ranking officials in China, they enjoy state-of-the-art medical care and have first-class food, nutrients, and dietary supplements. So why have they been dying during this wave?

We all know about the fake news and deceitful propaganda in China, including the cover-up and concealment of COVID-19 data, the suppression of whistleblowers, and the suppression of people who dare to speak the truth.

The high-ranking officials in China—not all, but many of them—didn’t share the truth with people. They either executed the cover-up or helped with the cover-up. From a biological perspective, their bodies’ stress hormone levels may be much higher than people who don’t bear the stress of dishonesty. If they lived in that state constantly, the chronically elevated stress hormones would have done great damage to their immunity.

These officials don’t put the well-being of the Chinese people before profits or power. Therefore, the interferon gene expression level of their immune cells is expected to be lower than that of people who care for others.

If these officials were to have had more virtuous minds and kinder hearts, they might have been less prone to viral infections or at risk for severe disease.

There is a Chinese traditional saying: “Illnesses are caused by 70 percent mental and 30 percent physical.” During the pandemic, it’s not only important to keep a good physical state, but to also keep a kind and virtuous mindset to aid your immune system.

Most give up weeight training as we age and we actually should not.  what we have to do is less with perhaps more reps.

Try doing all this without the weights at all or just use barbells.  Then force yourself to stay there.  The point is to ensure enough strength and balance and just enough is safe.

The hard part is to not engage in progressive training.  We all want to go there until we hurt ourselves..

Strength-training exercises are quite possibly the most important type of exercise to keep you fit. The older you are, the more important they become because without them your muscle tone and strength will decrease with each passing year.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of Americans over the age of 45 (75 percent) do not engage in any strength-training exercises at all, which puts you at an increased risk of weakened bones (osteoporosis), age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia), limited range of motion, loss of functional movement, aches, and pains.

If you’re like most people, you want to stay strong and agile… and you certainly want to continue to live independently, doing things you might now take for granted (like shopping for groceries and climbing the stairs) even when you’re in your 80s and beyond.

So I have a simple (albeit challenging) exercise for you to try: deadlifts. Like squats and lunges, deadlifts are a functional exercise that should be a regular part of your workouts. Remember, strength training isn’t just for your upper body, it’s important for your lower body, too, and deadlifts offer a phenomenal lower-body workout.

Deadlifts Improve Your Ability to Perform Dynamic Movements

A recent study examined the effects of 10 weeks of barbell deadlift training. The exercise was done just twice a week and lead to significant improvements in torque capacities in both the knee extensors and flexors.

This, in turn, was associated with improvements in vertical jump height, which suggests the deadlifts helped participants gain more speed and power while performing explosive movements.

This is useful if you’re active in sports or do plyometric exercises, like box jumps, but it’s also important for maintaining your body’s capacity for functional movement.

The study’s lead author, Matt Stock of Texas Tech University, noted that deadlifts help you to work the series of muscles that include your low back, your glutes, your hamstrings, and even your calf muscles (known as the posterior chain), which are often overlooked:

“It [deadlifting] is particularly useful because it relies heavily on our often forgotten about muscles of the ‘posterior chain’—the hamstrings, glutes, and spinal erectors. Ignoring these muscles within an exercise program has potentially dangerous consequences, particularly as we age and for knee health during sports.”

Safety Matters: How to Perform Deadlifts Without Hurting Your Back

Anytime you lift a large amount of weight, you run the risk of hurting your back if it’s not done properly. Deadlifts are incredibly effective – just twice a week can give you results – but it’s imperative that you use proper form to avoid injury.

To protect your spine, be sure your abdominal muscles are engaged (i.e. pull in your belly button). This engages a muscle in your lower spine called the thoracic lumbar fascia, which will help protect your back.

You may also want to use a pair of wrist straps once you use heavier weights. The strap can help prevent your wrist from being pulled into excessive extension, as well as help you keep proper form and avoid injury or a failed lift.

Ideally perform deadlifts with a qualified personal trainer. Unlike some other exercises, your trainer shouldn’t hold onto the bar, because if you need to stop the deadlift you can simply drop the bar. However, performing deadlifts with a personal trainer can help you stay motivated and he or she can encourage you to keep proper form.

How to Master Two Common Deadlift Exercises

Two of the most popular deadlifts are traditional and stiff-legged. The former, traditional, works your hamstrings, glutes, and core muscles, while the stiff-legged version puts more emphasis on your hamstrings and core. You can try both, but if you’re new to deadlifts, start with traditional. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) gave an excellent description of how to perform each below.

These descriptions use a barbell. If you don’t have access to a barbell but still want to benefit from deadlifts, dumbbells are an option. They may be better for beginners, and if you have your own set you can use them right from home.

However, a barbell allows you to lift much heavier weight than you would be able to with dumbbells. So as you progress, you’ll probably want to switch to deadlifts with a barbell.
Traditional Deadlift

Starting Position – Start with the barbell on the floor. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, with your toes under the bar. Squat down and lean forward slightly, keeping your spine in a neutral position.

Grasp the bar with hands slightly wider than your thighs. Pull your shoulders down and back so your chest is sticking out, keep your chest lifted and your head in line with your spine. Brace your core to help stabilize and protect your spine during the movement.

Upward Movement – With your core engaged, push through your heels to start the lift. Engage your back and keep your shoulders pulled back to avoid rounding the shoulders. Stand and pull the bar so your hips and the bar rise at the same rate, keeping the bar close to your body as it moves upward. Finish with a glute squeeze at the top of the lift, almost pressing your hips forward against the bar.

Downward Movement – Slowly lower the bar toward the ground, while hinging at your hips (shifting them back and down) and simultaneously bending your knees so the bar and your hips lower at the same rate. With the bar in front of your legs, it forces you to push your hips back, keeping your weight on your heels, further engaging your glutes and hamstrings. Finish with the bar on the floor over your toes, with your chest up, shoulders back, core muscles engaged and back flat.
Stiff-Legged Deadlift

Starting Position – Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, with your hands neutral. Grasp the bar with an overhand grip or, if lifting a heavy weight, you may opt to switch the grip with one hand over and one hand under. This locks the bar into position and prevents it from spinning.

Downward Movement – Slowly lower the bar, keeping a very slight bend in your knees. Do not lock out your knees. Keep the bar close to your legs during the whole movement, with your weight on the center of your foot or your heels, but never on your toes. Push your hips back and engage your core to stabilize your spine. Lower the bar until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings.

Upward Pull – Once you feel the stretch in your hamstrings, engage your glutes and pull the bar back up. Keep the bar up close to your legs and continue to keep your back straight and shoulders pulled down and back. Pull the bar until you are completely straight, and finish with a glute squeeze at the top of the lift, almost pressing your hips forward against the bar.

Deadlifts Can Be Beneficial for People with Low Back Pain and Even Beginners

Deadlifts are one of the simplest yet most effective exercises you can perform, and their benefits extend to many different populations. Among people with low back pain, properly performed deadlifts have been found to decrease pain intensity and increase activity levels. A separate study found that both men and women improved their strength by performing deadlifts twice a week, including those who had not done them before.

Those who benefitted the most during the study were women who were new to the deadlifts. The take-home message is this: while deadlifts might seem intimidating, they’re an exercise that even beginners can, and should, take advantage of. As with all exercise, start out slowly with a manageable amount of weight and gradually increase it as you grow stronger.

Justin Trudeau’s hunting rifle ban is only meant to sow division

This is a political mesaage of course but it is also saying something. Violence is a choice and if you are unable to control that choice by even walking away then we do need to shut you off from common society.  Mixing any form of violence with ordinary criminality is a bad idea.

Violence can be identified and in fact sequestered.  Just do not pretemd it is based on rational choice and make such a person prove he has his behavior under rational control before allowed out again.  my point here is that all this allows us to go somewhere that takes bad actors out of our midst.

all that informs all and temper control can become standard.  No more uncivilized bahavior about.

New research by top US government scientists has found that people exposed to the widely used weed killing chemical glyphosate have biomarkers in their urine linked to the development of cancer and other diseases.

Here we are some sixty years after 1963 or so.  That is how much time that the lawyers swon for roundup and also why they finally threw in the towel and merged.  They knew it back then and chose to proceed while lawyering up.  Just after Falidimide. 

My dad caught on immediately simply by reading the label.  They had chosen to have it prepared by lawyers and that was not practise.  So here we are and all the farmers i know of my generation died from rare cancers.  I am sure that the meta stats showed no movement though.

what i will say though is that agriculture needs to figure out how to properly use this and leaving it to what has been past practise is a really bad idea.   Of course, the end of plowing is a great start.  cover crops and no till is actually making weed destruction possibly redundent.  The same holds true for good old DDT.  That just cannot be used with general broadcast on farm land but needs to be used to eliminate insects in buildings or as was once done, to eliminate head lice.

New research by top US government scientists has found that people exposed to the widely used weed killing chemical glyphosate have biomarkers in their urine linked to the development of cancer and other diseases.


The study, published last week in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, measured glyphosate levels in the urine of farmers and other study participants and determined that the presence of high levels of the pesticide were associated with signs of a reaction in the body called oxidative stress, a condition that causes damage to DNA. Oxidative stress is considered by health experts as a key characteristic of carcinogens.

The authors of the paper – 10 scientists with the National Institutes of Health and two from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) – concluded that their study “contributes to the weight of evidence supporting an association between glyphosate exposure and oxidative stress in humans.” They also noted that “accumulating evidence supports the role of oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of hematologic cancers,” such as lymphoma, myeloma and leukemia.

“Oxidative stress is not something you want to have,” said Linda Birnbaum, a toxicologist and former director of the National Institute for Environmental Health Sciences. “This study increases our understanding that glyphosate has the potential to cause cancer.”

The study findings come after the CDC reported last year that more than 80% of urine samples drawn from children and adults contained glyphosate. The CDC reported that out of 2,310 urine samples taken from a group of Americans intended to be representative of the US population, 1,885 were laced with detectable traces of glyphosate.

Glyphosate is the most heavily applied herbicide in history, both in the US and globally. One of the best-known glyphosate-based products is Monsanto’s Roundup weedkiller. Roundup has been used by farmers as well as consumers for more than 40 years. Officials with Monsanto and its German owner Bayer AG have always assured the public and regulators that exposure to the weed killer does not pose a threat to human health.

Bayer said the new NIH study has many “significant methodological limitations that affects its reliability,” and said the results conflict with other government research.

“The increased oxidative stress found in the study could have been caused by any number of non-glyphosate related factors or a combination of them, and the study does not support the conclusion that glyphosate is the cause,” Bayer said in a statement.

People are exposed to glyphosate by using products made with the chemical and also by eating food and drinking water contaminated with the pesticide. Scientists have found glyphosate residues in an array of popular foods and in waterways across the US.

Notably, in the new paper, the NIH and CDC scientists said that while their study focused on farmers who were exposed to glyphosate when they sprayed it on fields, they saw similar results in “non-farmers.”

The findings suggest “these effects may apply more broadly to the general population who are primarily exposed through ingestion of contaminated food and water or residential applications,” the study authors wrote.

The study is so significant that it warrants regulatory attention, said some independent scientists.

“This is a top level team of investigators and a highly credible study to which regulators need to pay attention,” said Phil Landrigan, a pediatrician and epidemiologist who worked for years at the CDC and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and now directs the Program for Global Public Health and the Common Good at Boston College.

Michael Antoniou, a scientist with the department of medical and molecular genetics at King’s College in London who has been researching glyphosate for years, said the results were “worrying,” with “major health implications.”
Critical timing

The new government-funded study comes at a time when both the EPA and European regulators are completing updated assessments of glyphosate safety, and as health advocates are pushing for limits on use of the chemical or requirements that products such as Roundup be labeled with a cancer warning.

A European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) spokesperson said the agency was aware of the study and would consider whether or not the findings add “new evidence” as the agency completes its new glyphosate assessment. EFSA’s conclusions are due in July.

The EPA also said it was looking over the new study and would “carefully review” the findings as it finalizes its assessment.

“EPA takes very seriously our duty to protect human health and the environment,” the agency said in a statement.

The study also comes as Monsanto and Bayer remain mired in litigation brought by tens of thousands of cancer patients who claim exposure to Roundup caused them to develop non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The company has already agreed to pay out more than $11 billion to settle the bulk of the claims – without admitting any liability – but many cases have not settled and civil trials are continuing.

Bayer is also facing a surge in investor unrest and calls for a break-up and the ouster of top leaders after the company lost 40% of its market value following its 2018 acquisition of Monsanto.

Bayer maintains that glyphosate does not cause cancer and that products made with it can be used safety. The company states on its website that EPA and other regulatory reviews provide an “extensive body of research” that back the company’s safety pledge.

Though some countries have moved to ban glyphosate products, regulatory agencies in many countries say there is a lack of evidence connecting glyphosate herbicides to cancer, and that it is one of the safest and most effective herbicides available.

Last year, a risk assessment committee of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) concluded after reviewing multiple studies that there was no justification for classifying glyphosate as a carcinogen.

Many large US farm groups, including the American Farm Bureau Federation, American Soybean Association, National Corn Growers Association, National Association of Wheat Growers, National Cotton Council, and American Sugarbeet Growers Association, also say that glyphosate doesn’t cause cancer.

The EPA has said for years that it considers glyphosate as “not likely” to be carcinogenic, and in a 2020 updated review, the agency reiterated it saw no “human health risks of concern.” But the agency was forced to withdrawthat safety determination last year after a federal appellate court invalidated the EPA’s assessment.

The court ruling said that the EPA did not properly follow scientific guidelines when it determined glyphosate was not carcinogenic, ignoring expert advice from scientific advisers and using “inconsistent reasoning.”

The EPA now is revisiting its glyphosate evaluation and expects to issue a decision for glyphosate in 2026.

Debate over the safety of glyphosate has persisted for years and intensified after the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), a unit of the World Health Organization, declared it “probably carcinogenic to humans” in 2015.

The new findings are not the first to look at glyphosate and oxidative stress. Animal studies and cellular studies have also found an association. But there are only a handful of such studies in humans.

The NIH study is the “largest investigation to date of the relationship between glyphosate exposure and oxidative stress markers,” said Jonathan Hofmann, an author of the study from the NIH’s National Cancer Institute.

Scientists say it is important to examine substances that may cause oxidative stress because a large body of scientific evidence suggests that long-term oxidative stress contributes to the development not only of cancer but also a range of chronic conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, and reproductive problems, including male infertility.

One prior human study related to glyphosate and oxidative stress was published last year by a team of scientists specializing in public and environmental health at several US universities.

Those researchers analyzed 347 urine samples collected from pregnant women, finding that higher levels of oxidative stress biomarkers were seen in the samples containing concentrations of aminomethyl phosphonic acid (AMPA), a substance created when glyphosate breaks down in soil and water.

The authors of that paper noted that glyphosate and AMPA have been shown to disrupt hormone function and warned that more research was needed due to glyphosate’s “persistence within the environment, and potential for adverse effects during pregnancy.”

The new NIH study is considered part of the Agricultural Health Study (AHS), a long-term examination of the health impacts of pesticide use on farmers funded by the National Cancer Institute and the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences in collaboration with the EPA.

Other AHS studies have provided sometimes conflicting findings on the question of whether or not glyphosate can cause cancer, but the scientists authoring the latest research said their study was distinctive for several reasons, including using urinary glyphosate exposure measurements and pesticide exposure histories for study subjects and including people who are not farmers.

The researchers said that though the associations between glyphosate and biomarkers of oxidative stress “mainly appear to reflect effects of recent occupational exposure, there was also some evidence of associations with longer-term exposure.”

Investigators at the NIH are exploring potential opportunities to follow up on these findings and address needs for future research, Hofmann said.

Lorette Picciano, executive director of the Rural Coalition alliance of farm workers, said she hopes the EPA will pay attention to the study.

“People are dying of these cancers,” she said. “This study is very important.”

I do believe our laser systems can swat down a drone cloud.  After all it can lay down a so called crop circle with six inch pixels.  it will mean adjusting for velocity change.  Yet we must be there now.

It also tells us just how good our radar systems are now with high speed computer processing.  Moores law at work.

It does mean sending out a correctly tuned wave form.  almost unimaginable.

The US Army has awarded Eprius a contract worth US$66.1 million to deliver prototypes of a new microwave weapon called Leonidas that is capable of bringing down entire swarms of enemy drones in a single burst, while leaving friendly aircraft intact.

As the Russian invasion of Ukraine has demonstrated, small, cheap drones can pose a real threat on the battlefield that will only grow as technology progresses. Off-the-shelf robotic aircraft have already proven to be invaluable for reconnaissance, target spotting, and even direct attack. Outside of war zones, they can also be a deadly nuisance if they are sent into airspace occupied by civilian aircraft.

One nightmare scenario is an enemy attacking with swarms of drones that can either overwhelm a location's defenses or force the defenders to expend missiles costing millions of dollars each to destroy a drone costing only a few hundred.

To counter this threat, increasing attention is being paid to directed energy weapons, including lasers and microwaves. These systems come in a variety of sizes and levels of sophistication, but they all share the advantages of operating at the speed of light, being able to engage multiple targets, and using electricity for ammunition at a ridiculously low cost per round.

One example of a directed energy weapon is the High-Power Microwave (HPM) Leonidas, which is being funded under the Army's Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Indirect Fire Protection Capability-High-Power Microwave Program. Leonidas has been under development for some years and the new funding is intended to transition the technology to field-capable prototypes.

Like similar systems, Leonidas defends against drones by firing blasts of microwave energy that disrupts or destroys the uncrewed aircraft's electronics, sending it crashing to the ground. It can even take on cruise missiles.

The principle is quite simple, but the tricky bit is figuring out the optimum waveform for the job. Previously, this required modifying a lot of hardware, but Leonidas uses a phased array that is driven by software, making it very easy to reconfigure as well as requiring a smaller than usual crew to operate.

According to Epirus, Leonidas has the ability to precisely target a single drone, form a microwave wall to stop a swarm, shield specific areas of the sky, or configure itself to allow friendly drones to operate while taking out unfriendly ones in the same vicinity. It is also open architecture, easily scalable, and is designed to maintain safe zones to avoid harming humans.

"Time and time again, we've seen that current air defense systems are ill-equipped to tackle the threat of autonomous drone swarms," said Ken Bedingfield, Chief Executive Officer, Epirus. "This contract with the RCCTO brings new counter-swarm capability to the UAS fight with our cost-effective, modular, and upgradable Leonidas systems. As the threat environment continues to evolve, so, too, will our capabilities, ensuring the US Army is equipped with effective countermeasures to near-term and over-the-horizon electronic threats for decades to come."

Unblocking the 3rd Eye

This is what i was shown with the shell blowing away and been flooded with non damaging radiation at the same rate as the sun. It was difficult to keep looking into the flux.  We obviously cannot do this without assistence.

Yet it is obviously how Yesua conducted all his miracles.  By the by, floooding your spirit body allows you to restore your 3d body to prime which is age 32.  Yesua may well have been centuries old in truth and may well have come back to this time and place from the distant future.

From all this, it is clear that third eye work is difficult and also elusive rather than dangerous.  Progress comes only when the other side sees that you are ready.  The difficulty may be that a misstep on the path will have you sharing thoughts rather than meeting in person or using your cell phone.  And you will not ever think you are off the path.

Out of all of the energy centers within our body, the third eye is the most popular center due to its ability to perceive beyond the limitations of this reality. The third eye is our center for clairvoyance or clear vision. It is the spiritual gland that allows us to perceive what is normally unperceivable. It’s how we perceive the dimensions beyond this physical realm and how we access the subtle realms. The physical gland that corresponds to the third eye is the pineal gland, which is one of the most spiritual organs and glands that we have within our body and mind.

This center is widely known for being the seat of the soul; however, in occult terminology, it went even deeper than that. It was known as the Ark of the Covenant. That’s how important this center is; not only to the soul and being able to operate within this reality, but also to embody our divinity within this reality.

The Ark of the Covenant is the third ventricle in the brain. It is the capability for time travel.

You see, the cavities in our brain serve far more than the pragmatic functions that we are aware of; the occult function of the cranial cavities are as antennas. They receive and transmit waveforms, but the third ventricle within the brain is where all of the occult anatomy in the central nervous system comes to a peak.

You can think of the cranial cavities as a portal; they are receiving waveforms and light—transmitting this throughout the different chambers or lobes, but the pineal gland (and to a lesser-known extent, the pituitary gland) is the system in the brain that projects us into any given dimension or reality. They are what locate us in time; which is why the hidden purpose of the Ark of the Covenant was known as highly advanced, sophisticated time travel technology—and are we not time traveling this very moment as we speak?

Does not the nervous system serve the critical role of locating us in space and time? We are time travelers, and our own body is the astronaut suit.

Unblocking the Third Eye

The third eye center is very important to a spiritual awakening journey; but to unblock this center, we must first understand why it was blocked in the first place. Mysticism has always run parallel to religion. You could think of mysticism as the esoteric version of religion, and you could think of religion as the exoteric version of mysticism. Meaning, that religion is the mainstream spiritual system designed for the general public. They are externally oriented and heavily concerned with worship and rituals. Throughout the ages, mysticism has always been oppressed by its external counterpart, religion; and religion has always pulled more than just inspiration from mysticism. They have even rebranded mysticism’s practices and all of their knowledge—distorting them to serve their own belief systems. This theme of religion (pulling from mysticism while they’re banning and oppressing the practice of mysticism) has gone on throughout the ages, both in eastern and western civilization.

In other words, it’s never been safe to be in our higher centers; or to be in our intuitive powers and abilities. Simply put, in the past, we’ve suffered severe repercussions for activating these centers by the mainstream spiritual systems that persecuted it.

So the first thing to understand about the third eye is that our ability to activate it depends on how safe we feel to do so. This is something that goes so far back, we might not even be aware of it in the present moment. We might have our whole reality, in fact, shaped from a space of wanting an ability that we’re actually subconsciously afraid of—due to the past repercussions that we have suffered.

Ironically, even with having this major block of fear held within the third eye system, creating a program that shuts it down—many of us still came into this life with an open third eye. But even though it was already opened, it doesn’t mean that we’ve actually connected to and activated it. You could think of it as it being open, but not fully activated yet; and not fully realized.

The second primary block that we have is logical programming.

We are in a world that requires so much of our logical and rational mind—and that’s all well and fine. However, when the logical mind acts as a barrier to the intuition (the creative mind), it then begins overriding the intellect, which has now become unbalanced to the extent that it overpowers our intuition.

When there’s any type of unbalance between our intuition (which is our feminine hemisphere) and our intellect (which is our masculine hemisphere) this does not create equilibrium. The third eye (the pineal gland) is activated through the equilibrium of these two hemispheres. If we are unbalanced because our intuition is overpowered by our logical mind, or if our intellect is overpowered by our intuition—we will not be able to create the equilibrium that allows this center to open. And because we live in an intellect driven world, it’s more common for us to be unbalanced by our intellect overpowering our intuition.

Because of this, what we need to do in order to restore balance is not necessarily to rid ourselves of our logic and intellect; but rather, we should notice when it’s being used as a way to regulate or to control our intuitive abilities—which is done primarily through self-doubt. We doubt ourselves even when we’re perceiving something. If it’s not vivid, or live in color, then we don’t believe that it’s actually going on.

The third eye is more subtle than that, because it’s attuning and accessing the subtle realms.

Third eye activity will look a lot like what’s going on within the mind’s eye, but we don’t validate it. We have all of this self-doubt coming from the intellect, and then we think we need to completely rid ourselves of self doubt so that we can fully be in our intuitive power; and that’s not realistic at all.

In fact, the third eye can be fully-open, fully-activated, we can be in full use of it, and we can still have the intellect doing its thing in the background. The one where it’s doubting every single thing we are visualizing, sensing, and receiving. The intellect will come in and invalidate the entire experience and that is still okay. This is the best kept secret when it comes to unblocking the third eye. Do not struggle against the analytical mind and the self doubt it will inflict; simply master the act of receiving the experience and fully immersing yourself into it while the intellect is regulating the activity.

We don’t need to place our attention on any of the mental chatter. None of our mental activity will negate or invalidate the fact that we are having a mystical experience. The third eye center needs to be activated through our ability to validate the fact that we are directly experiencing something. If we’re in a state of complete self-doubt and expect to just be able to have a real life, live and living color experience of something, that’s just not realistic—so it’s very important to know that as the third eye is opening, you’re going to have direct experiences. And, they might not be as prominent as you wanted them to be. This might trigger the self-doubt you feel when it comes to having these mystical experiences, but validating this center exactly as it is, and exactly as it shows up, is how we train the center to feel safe enough to continue to be activated

As empathic beings, we are experts at gaslighting ourselves. Half the time we don’t even need someone on the outside to gaslight us; we’ll just gaslight ourselves for them.

With this in mind, when we are having any type of vision—even if it’s not super prominent, even if it’s not super vivid, even if it just looks like dream activity or inner visualizations or a screen inside the mind’s eye that is holding some sort of scenery that’s at play—whatever it is, however we’re receiving imagery, however we’re receiving this third eye activity—validate it. Allow yourself to know that it is important information that you are communicating to yourself.

Even if you see colors or if you don’t see colors; even if you see symbols and you’re working with symbols; however it shows up, honor it as such.

We gaslight ourselves to the extent that it’s one of the primary blocks to the third eye being able to be of use to our everyday experiences.

The Third Eye Opens in Stages

Not everyone is going to experience clairvoyance at the same level, because not everyone has the same soul contract to carry out the same soul journey. Some people have soul contracts to have full-blown clairvoyance and that’s because that’s a part of their journey. Some people are going to have third eye activity and it won’t necessarily be full-blown clairvoyance, but it’s going to be a strong clairvoyant ability that they honor in their own right; that they’re able to use within their own right; and again, that serves their journey.

Don’t judge your clairvoyance by someone else’s—even though, objectively speaking, there is more clairvoyant meaning. There are absolutely those who are capable of being fully clairvoyant and fully seeing more of that capacity than others, so there is that objective reality. But also, you don’t need to judge your ability to use this center by its most realized level of manifestation.

That said, there is a cosmic catch-22 when it comes to the third eye center. And that is, in order for us to actually be experiencing third eye activity (a power reserved for people who have reached the level of consciousness that we know as Oneness) we must recognize that the most powerful way to unblock this center is by raising our consciousness into the state of Oneness.

When you’re operating from Oneness, good luck trying to keep the third eye blocked; because at that point, it’s just going to naturally unravel into that and you won’t be able to help it.

You could even look at this as the same process, rather than two distinct processes. Creating equilibrium between the hemispheres of our body and raising our consciousness into Oneness is one and the same—activating the third eye center (the pineal gland) to the point that we are able to see beyond this reality; because we’ve raised our consciousness above this reality.

If you find yourself wondering, “Well, how do I raise my consciousness into Oneness?,” then you’re already halfway there; because you’re an empathic being, which is part of the criteria for even being a human. But let’s say you’re an extra-empathic being; meaning you came into this life very empathic already and you’re aware of your empathic nature. This is unrealized Oneness, because being empathic gives you the ability to understand that another person is experiencing something. Whether it’s pain or pleasure, they’re having some sort of experience that you are personally affected by. Whether we know this or not, this is experiencing Oneness.

It may not be at its highest potential or fullest awareness, but this is already the visceral. It is the emotional body’s innate wisdom of knowing that we are all interconnected; and that the pain that is inflicted onto another is also affecting us.

Even if it’s at a subconscious level, being connected in this way is knowing that we are all one. Even if the cognizant mind has not yet fused with the subconscious, and even if our hemispheres haven’t balanced to the point of being able to open the third eye—we are still more than halfway there to the realization of Oneness—simply because we are in touch with our empathy. All of our inner powers can only be fully realized once we’ve come into the consciousness of Oneness. Before that, we are doing things, but there’s some sort of energy exchange that comes to it—meaning there’s some sort of sacrifice that comes to it.

That’s why we see people who have no empathic connection at all, who can still have marvelous powers, because it’s coming from an energy exchange. Whether it’s making a sacrificial offering, a trade, or even making pacts with natural forces.

It’s not coming from the person’s own godhood and it’s not coming from their inner power; because they have not awakened into enlightenment. A being can harness powers through external forces to a certain extent, they can even consciously align themselves with abusive forces, but clearly aligning oneself with abusive forces would be the opposite of enlightenment. This arrangement would not come from a being operating from that higher plane of consciousness; and because of that, there’s going to be some form of energetic exchange at work.

The Spirit of this Age

The good news is the energies on Earth, during the spirit of this age, are all super potent and super supportive of raising our consciousness into these higher consciousness states of Oneness; and enlightenment people are awakening into these states left and right. What would have taken a person over a hundred years ago to have a whole lifetime of accumulative meditative practices to attain, can now be attained by somebody having an epiphany while drinking some MCT coffee because this isn’t our first rodeo on Earth.

We’re not starting from scratch. We have an accumulation of momentum over lifetimes of skills of energies of practices. When we come into this life, we don’t come needing to learn things from square one.

The energies in this time frame are reflecting to us the momentum that we’ve already come into this life with.

Cellular Memory

The third eye center holds fear in the form of cellular memory is also a belief system that’s become a program within this center, which is operating under the belief that it has been abandoned from the light. Abandonment of the light is a very strong theme to be aware of in order to activate this center; because when we have experienced very high levels of persecution—persecution to the extent that we have shut off our higher centers because of the fear of those repercussions—we have also developed the belief system that we have been abandoned. How could torture; how could betrayal; how could all of these very severe repercussions happen if we were supported by a higher power or supported by the light?

Naturally, we come to a belief system that’s stored within our cellular memory, believing that we have been abandoned by the light. One of the ways that we can start healing this belief system that’s blocking our third eye from fully opening is by shifting our perception to start regarding ourselves as the light.

What if we are the light? And what if we came into physical experiences over time to anchor in more light, in the form of more awareness, into this reality? What if on a soul level, we entered into certain themes that contained certain experiences in order to anchor in more light?

What if we were to turn the tables and reframe this to where the light actually needs our help? And rather than not being supported by the universe, instead we were assisting the universe by anchoring more light, aka consciousness, into this reality.

We sometimes think the universe doesn’t need anything from us. That we are helpless and the only one in need. This is a very innocent misstep and it’s the byproduct of being in a state of spiritual amnesia. When we’re in spiritual amnesia, we have lost contact with our power, we identify more with being powerless, and therefore not capable of assisting the universe. Abandonment from the light is a universal theme that takes many forms depending on our belief system. But even if we don’t relate to this concept in the form of us being abandoned by the light—having the fear of opening this center because we weren’t supported in some metaphysical, existential way is crucial to become aware of, as well as creating a safe environment for ourselves so that this center can open.
Methods to Open the Third Eye

The first powerful tool that you can start implementing to open this center is sensory deprivation tanks.

Sensory deprivation tanks are like many vision quests. They’re the perfect environment for the third eye activity to be exercised and to be activated in. They encourage and enhance the center by putting the rest of the senses at rest.

The second tool to start unblocking and activating the third eye is by using the energy center in the palm of your right hand.

Open it up the vortex that is located directly in the palm of your hand and begin to use this energy center. Allow energy to run through it in a circuit from your heart. Imagine energy being pumped from your heart, through the circuit, into the energy center in the palm of your hand—and then from there, place this vortex over your third eye and intend that it cleans your entire third eye. Create a visual intention that the energy that’s coming from your center through the palm of your right hand, is cleaning out any ancestral programming, any blocks and all forms of trauma that have been stored within the third eye.

Use the power of your intent to clear all detrimental belief systems, contracts and implants that are stored in this center. Visualize this energy coming from the palm of your hand, (it could either be in the form of light or just energy) and have it clean the entire pineal gland and then the entire third eye center.

So first focus on cleaning the physical manifestation of the third eye, which is the pineal gland, and then after that region has been thoroughly cleared you can move onto the metaphysical representation of the third eye, which is the general region of this energy center. Have this light or the energy from the portal in the palm of your hand clean out all blocks; emotional, contracts, programming—especially implants, because the third eye center is where they are stored the most.

Do all of this through the power of your intention, so that you’re willing this to be done—even if you don’t believe that it’s being done. The power of intent is the strongest force in existence. When you are intending that this clearing is actually happening and taking place, it is so.

The real reason we long to unblock and to activate this crucial center is because innately, we know that our inner power and our psychic abilities are our birthright.

Earth's inner core may have stopped spinning – but what does that mean?

Well ladies here it is.  First off the only accepted model for the internal structure of the Earth and for other celestial objects is Newtonian.  Physics provides no alternative until we come to my Cloud cosmology and even then projected conclusions are unthinkable.

We also do have a cultural claim for a hollow earth with a fair bit of observational data shared about.  This unthinkable theory has been about for over two hundred years even.

Here is the problem.  Seismic work is best explained as contained by a crustal wave guide.  The crust looks to be around two hundred miles thick and we have no evidence of anything inside that except a central core of some sort.  such a rotating core can be expected to flip over regularly in order to balance forces out.

We have reports of such an object acting as a sun and radiating heavily in the blue from hollow earth reports.

So we now have confirmation that our core is acting just like such a free floating object.

first we have the void and then the act of creation in which the SPACE TIME pendulum is created.

What it means DUMBASSES is that the Earth is hollow and we have a solar object in the center. I can get you there, wheras Newton cannot.  We clearly need a new form of matter to be named unthinkium..

Earth's inner core may have stopped spinning – but what does that mean?

The inner Earth is a mysterious place, and now scientists may have uncovered a strange new secret. According to a new study, the Earth’s inner core may have recently stopped rotating, relative to the surface, as part of a decades-long cycle.

With thousands of miles of rock in the way, it’s hard to get a good look at exactly what’s going on in the center of the Earth. Scientists have to study it indirectly by measuring magnetic field changes, ancient crystals, or how seismic waves from earthquakes propagate through different layers. This has helped geologists learn new details, including that the core could be made of a superionic iron alloy.

Now a new study has reached a surprising conclusion – that relative to Earth’s surface, the inner core stopped spinning around 2009. This could be possible because the inner core is a more or less solid ball of iron floating in a liquid outer core, so its rotation is not necessarily tied to that of the rest of the planet.

The researchers, from Peking University, analyzed the seismic waves from earthquakes passing through the inner core since the 1960s, investigating the differences in how those waves looked and how long it took them to propagate. Intriguingly, they found that for decades the travel times of these waves would vary in specific ways – but after about 2009, that variation all but vanished. Travel times have remained steady, which the team says is an indication that the core’s rotation has “paused.”

That doesn’t mean that it’s not spinning at all – it means that the core’s rotation is now essentially in lockstep with the rotation at the surface. At different times the core can race around or lag behind the surface, but even then the difference is tiny. It can, however, add up over time, so that the core is drifting by dozens of kilometers per year.

The team goes a step further and says that the study could indicate that the core may now be rotating in the opposite direction. But again, that doesn't quite mean what it sounds like – instead, the core’s slowing rotation makes it appear to be drifting backwards relative to the surface.

This is all part of a 70-year cycle, according to the researchers. They claim to have found evidence that the previous reversal took place in the early 1970s, and it may even coincide with other observed changes in Earth cycles, such as the magnetic field and the length of the day.

The cause of this cycle could be several major competing forces. The magnetic field generated by the outer core could be speeding up the inner core’s spin, while the huge gravitational influence of the mantle could drag on it and slow its spin.

Of course, in the murky world of inner Earth geology, nothing is set in stone (pun intended), and other scientists disagree with the findings of the new study.

“These mathematical models are most likely all incorrect because they explain the observed data but are not required by the data,” Hrvoje Tkalcic, a geophysicist at the Australian National University, told AFP. “Therefore, the geophysical community will be divided about this finding and the topic will remain controversial.”
