This spells it out pretty clearly. The brain is not storing information physically at all or we certainly have little evidence thereof. I have thought as much for many years.
however i do think that underlying all this is a Dark Matter processing system that is is natural to every single cell and that naturally flips back and forth through pages in time. The information density is actually insane but still finite.
Thus memory storage is irrelevant. We need to properly understand the memory and then link to access it and that is what the brain works on in order to make all this available when needed. The problem is active linkage and hat is what we do.
