The big ones appear scary, but we really do not know that. These are all huge ancient mega calderas that massively altered the landscape over thousands of square miles and certainly altered global climate for a time. Yet it happened when these calderas were formed.
What then likely happens after is that we get local eruptions along the edges perhaps or other weak points and this serves to keep the underlying magma from getting too dangerous. So i view all the ongoing activity here and in Yellowstone as normal energy release that keeps it all quiet.
A monster outflow is not impossible but that is likely a long ways off if ever.
However. a normal volcano eruption here is still a mess. Civil defense needs to have well thought out plans in place as was so well proven with Mt St Helen's.
