Is Sugar the Enemy?

Our enemy has always been highly refined sugar. It was never that other stuff at all. One take home here is just how safe fructose happens to be. worth knowing as it is then all about consuming plenty of raw fruit.

There is ample rational for actually regulating refined sugar out of the market place. Yet there is also ample rational for using concentrated raw sugar juice itself. It is the effort to produce pure sucrose that is a problem.

Here we have a picture of jaggary made from boiled down cane sugar. obviously not hard to work with at all.

The big take home here is that fruit provides the energy necessary to properly digest starch and those processed sugars as well. Your sweet tooth is no enemy. Your choices are.

Is Sugar the Enemy?

We have all heard that sugar is bad for us, but is it?
Did you know that the perfect food for a human being is packed with sugars? And the reason it`s perfect is just that, the sugars. You see, the human body relies on it, the sugars. The body will absorb the simple sugars in its natural form as water in the desert.
The fear of sugar might become detrimental to our health when we put all sugars in the same basket and end up fearing nature.
Fearing fruits.
I am sure you have heard that fruits have a lot of sugars and that too much can get you into trouble.
Well, WE are the trouble, not the food.
Getting a bad rep for fermenting on top of a Cheetos, or on top of a bagel with cream cheese? The sad thing is we struggle with leaving the imprint. We still believe it, or many do, and that is not a good thing for our health. It is detrimental to our health to believe sugars from fruits and vegetables are not good for us. Keeping us away from the most healing foods there is.
When sugar is refined and often bleached, they strip the sugar cane plant or beet plant of all its natural components, except the sucrose. Then the sucrose is concentrated into what we know as table sugar. This means we take the sucrose out of its natural balance found in plants. This creates a great imbalance and will easily lead to blood sugar spikes and fermentation.
What about the insulin:

The body will need insulin for more starchy foods, but not for our species-specific fruits. This is why fruits are a fantastic food for those with low insulin production. Trouble arises when you eat foods that convert to complex sugars, like pastry and pasta.
Insulin is a hormone made by the pancreas that allows your body to use sugar (glucose) from carbohydrates in the food that you eat for energy or to store glucose for future use. Insulin helps keeps your blood sugar level from getting too high (hyperglycemia) or too low (hypoglycemia).
So, as fructose does not require insulin or extensive digestive enzymes, the body can access the hormones as needed. It can live through a meal of putrefying and mucus-forming food. AND we know that the hormone insulin plays several roles in the body’s metabolism. It is also connected to fat metabolism and the liver.
So, the cells in our body need sugar for energy. However, sugars from starches and vegetables, in general, cannot go into most of your cells directly. This is why blood sugar level rises after a meal, and cells in the pancreas (known as beta cells) are signaled to release insulin into the bloodstream. Insulin then attaches to and signals cells to absorb sugar from the bloodstream. Insulin is often described as a “key,” which unlocks the cell to allow sugar to enter the cell and be used for energy. Well, although true, as long as fruits don’t require insulin, this could be a confusion.
How you eat your sugar is important:

We cannot simply throw a meal of fruit down our throat on top of a chocolate chip cookie or a snickers bar. It will ferment. BIG mistake. The crap needs to go. At least to be separated from this amazing high-energy food. The fruit will digest so fast, and if we top it with anything fatty or high protein, the fruit will ferment, create digestive issues, candida overgrowth, and a parasite friendly environment. In my experience, this is where diabetes 2 and the fear of fruits come from.
We blame the fruits when it is what we are eating on top of the fruits that trigger an undesired symptom. Just think of it, how most desserts combine fats and sugars. All in one bite.
A set up for blood sugar spikes.
There is a big difference between a simple sugar and complex sugar:

Every cell in the body requires sugar.
Sugar = carbon.
That is why we call foods high in sugar, carbohydrates, carbon chained constituents. Carbon is essential, over fats and proteins (amino acids). They are essential to creating ATP, what we call cell ENERGY. We are charging the battery of the cell. Our body is made of carbon cells that feed and eliminate, just as every living thing on the planet does.
Fruits are higher in antioxidants and astringents and will move your lymphatic system far better than vegetables. This is why we see a lymphatic response when a fruit is consumed, and that is what we WANT to see.
And again, fruits being a simple sugar, are therefore superior for diabetics, pancreatitis, hepatitis, and all other gastric and intestinal conditions. Fructose does not require insulin or extensive digestive enzymes. It needs no conversion.
Fructose is not broken down into glucose; it absorbs directly into the bloodstream ready to be used.

It enters the cell by diffusion.
Fruits magnetic (electrical) ENERGY is also the highest of all foods, making them the superior brain and nerve foods. They will bring ENERGY to the body, where most other foods take it away.
You will FEEL more energetic, but it`s more interesting than that..
Food has a frequency and energy. Everything does.
ENERGY OF FOODS:

Fresh raw fruits 8000 to 10,000 angstroms

Vegetables (fresh, raw) 8000 to 9000 angstroms

Milk (fresh, raw) for children under two years of age only. 8500 angstroms
Vegetables (cooked) 4000 to 6500 angstroms
ENERGY OF TOXIC FOODS:

Milk (pasteurized) 2000 angstroms
Cheese 1800 angstroms
Refined white flour 1500 angstroms
Cooked meats 0 angstroms
BODY FREQUENCIES:

Human (average) 6500 angstroms
Cancer Patients (generally) 4875 angstroms
The importance of the information in this previous chart will become clear when you understand that as Homo sapiens we need at least 6000 to 7000 angstroms of systemic energy at all times to even begin to smile, no less to be happy and healthy.
According to Christopher Bird in his book The Secret Life of Plant, at approximately 4500 to 5200angstroms, you are more susceptible to cancer or other seriously degenerative issues.
But beware that our body is not meant for complex sugars (starches), complex carbohydrates, processed foods full of chemicals, toxins, refined and processed sugars (like corn syrup, which in no way resembles a simple sugar). It has been so processed and concentrated it is poison and unrecognizable to the body. Simplicity in digestion and absorption is key.
Simple sugars such as fructose and glucose found in fruits, berries, melons, greens, and vegetables are what the body requires to thrive.
Simplicity.
Sugars of the highest quality.
Fruits.
So, when you hear that fruit has too much sugar, what will you DO with the information? Ditch it. Have an orange, eat watermelon and remember the importance of combining your food. NO fruits and fats in the same meal.
NO fruit on top of cooked food and dead animal flesh and their milk and eggs.
Why? You will feed your boating, your fungus, parasites, and blood sugar issues. The sugar will not enter the cells properly.
Wishing you amazing health the natural way.
