Healthy Beet protocol.

















I like to make it the base for a robust vegetable soup.  I also add some raw ginger and raw tumeric in order to also get the benefits of those roots and carrots and onions can also be thrown in with pepper as well.  It can be extended using cabbage to expand the volume.

However, i have also started adding after it is cooked and ready serve a couple of tablespoons of homemade raw sauerkraut or Kimchee if that is unavailable.   This adds sour to the excess sweet of the beets.

This pretty well maxes out the healthy aspects of what can then be a daily staple.  The liquid can also be separated out and drunk alone allowing the solids to make a separate dish as part of a multi element plated meal.
