Sometimes we need to be reminded how easy it is to make a quality bread with just water, flour and salt even. It is there that you actually remember to look at the quality of the flours and at other possible add - ins.
This example uses flour and mashed yams. why not? They do not grow together in the real world but certainly can produce a useful fry bread by themselves.
In fact our addiction to yeast breads has let us forget flat breads. This example will remind you just how easy it is as well as how easy it is to fold in a moist vegetable mash of any kind.
What i like to add though is that most flours will go rancid far too quickly and that it is wise to actually store them in the freezer.
