at best we have positive reports but then so does every snake oil saleman.  Recall magnetic fields have been applied for a century with mixed results.  unfortunately that is still what we think we know.

The promise here is to improves hte membrane voltage of diseased cells while not disturbing healthy cells.  how do we confirm this is going on?  nothing is said here.
