China's real population

From the mouth of a former Premier we have 600,000,000. and dropping. We already know that the quoted figure is simply not possible. My own best guesses took us down to this number as a worst case. however I relied on 1980 as a base and that was already cooked big time. Starving people cannot produce babies. thus t5he only believable number goes back to 1940's and of course, who knows how good that was either.

We have several high population zones in China driven by modernity and five at least in europe and six or so in North america. On that alone a 500,000,000 chinese population makes sense but whatever it may be, it is now shrinking faster than anywhere elser..

The real signal frm china is that the centres are no longer keeping up in terms of manning. that is not a problem anywhere else so far.

I did not think that it was this bad ,but also know it could be.
