Secrecy compartimentalization has been used to keep important knowledge away from even necesaary agencies including the Presidency itself. so exactly who knows and how does he advance research if any at all?
for example, I suspect that the USA maintains a secret gravity ship fleet able to precision bombard selective targets with tungsten kinetic rods able to shatter deep silos and stations. the heat of vaporization would produce a large dead zone halo.
this counters all land based nuclear missle systems. We have decades of conforming evidence and it is a huge gap no competator can counter.
does the president know? I think not because he can not be trusted as he is now proving.

On Saturday night, I was asked by the brilliant journalist Natasha Zouves in an interview accessible here on NewsNation: “On the Pod Force One podcast a few days ago, Lara Trump said about President Trump: “…there is some speech that he has, that I guess at the right time, I don’t know when the right time is, he’s going to break out and talk about and it has to do with maybe some sort of extraterrestrial life.” What is your message to President Trump?”
I replied: “My message is simple. The State of the Union Address is coming up on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Please include a statement about the State of the Universe in it. If we have evidence for a neighbor, it would be exciting to know more about it. Such knowledge would change the future of humanity. The answer to Enrico Fermi’s question: “Where is everybody?” would be: “Right here”.
Such a revelation would have huge implications. If our neighbors are visiting our backyard, we might decide to reciprocate and visit their backyard. By doing so, we could potentially learn about new science and technology from them.
Astronomers are planning to invest over ten billion dollars over the next two decades in the search for microbes near other stars. But a sacred principle in dating is to aim high rather than low. I would much rather have a more intelligent dating partner out there. `Are we Alone?’ is the most romantic question in science.”
Natasha confessed that she is nervous about extraterrestrial partners because we do not know whether they are friendly or hostile. I believe we must find out more about them either way because ignoring them will not make them go away. Looking the other way is not a good practice when dealing with risks.
The fundamental question remains as to whether the U.S. Government has conclusive evidence for non-human intelligence. Are materials retrieved from crash sites being studied by corporations outside the government? A few years ago, I was told by a former executive of Lockheed Martin that this is true. Another former employee told me that he knows nothing about it. If such information is compartmentalized, this may explain why the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) in the Pentagon reported publicly that no such information exists. Related information might be hidden from them.
But what do former President Obama and current President Trump know? Are they fully aware of all the details? Obama said on a podcast a week ago about aliens: “They’re real but I haven’t seen them,” President Trump responded that Obama gave “classified information, he is not supposed to be doing that.” The question is: what is `that’? It would be wonderful if President Trump would elaborate on what he meant by `that’ at his upcoming State of the Union address.
Shortly afterwards, President Trump released the statement: “Based on the tremendous interest shown, I will be directing the Secretary of War and other relevant departments and agencies to begin the process of identifying and releasing government files related to alien and extraterrestrial life, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), unidentified flying objects (UFOs), and any and all other information connected to these highly complex but extremely interesting and important matters. GOD BLESS AMERICA!”
The UAP Disclosure Act of 2025, proposed as an amendment to the FY 2026 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), suggested establishing an Independent Review Board that would oversee the declassification process of UAP, modeled after the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act.
As UAP data is analyzed and released, it is crucial to have related board members with scientific expertise to examine the available information and explore its implications. Scientists could recommend or conduct follow-up research that would clarify what the available information means and how to collect additional data that would guide us to better understanding. The Galileo Project under my leadership resonates with these goals. I will be delighted to serve on any related board and assist the review process.
