Belly Fat Protocol?

This tale is been promoted heavily, but that is normal for any diet oriented protocol.  What is interesting is that it appears tov provide a working protocol for those who have generally lived careful enough lives and are really wrestling with pathological belly fat rather than any particular excess of normal subcutaneous fat.  I suspect that describes almost all men.  There has been some argument made that this unwanted fat is driven by wheat intake but I do consider that conjecture as early days.
