qi gong and 64

 

I still do not know enough about qi gong to speak with any authority.  Yet tradition lays on 64 exercise movements which emphasizes the number 64.  This tradition is understood to go back to the founding of China or five thousand years.

This is very important as it also coincides with the original creation of a proto chinese script.  We can expect the 64 matters in that as well.  So rightly or wrongly, i am looking for conformation of this MEME.

This is also an apparent part of the I Ching as well.  What i have learned about the I Ching symbol is that the 3D expression is equally remarkable and could easily describe the act of creation physically as it retains two axis in 3 D space while creating TIME.  That which had no meaning now begins to have meaning.  The symbol is an actual improvement over the symbol I have been using which is a twisted balloon and nicely keeps the binary creation inside a sphere which is handy.

Creation itself is binary, so placing a binary construct in order to present Qi gong is quite sensible as well.  Thus we have 64 which is two to the power of eight.

This also informs regarding the mathematics of the spiritual aspect.  as noted before, i have been informed that we all split out into 32 aspects for earth existence.  Rather obviously it makes sense that the female aspect is also taking the same form of 32 aspects.  Thus our total male and female aspects are 64.

This is a structured teaching meant to inform our investigation of the original Chinese script and also known texts related to chinese medicine.  It should be naturally useful.
