Obviously there is a plan we do not see..I am so used to focusing on the business at hand, it is hard to understand adding a new focus. Yet here we are.
Modernity has allowed for breakneck speed tech expansion. He does not choose slo mo as most would just to allow catch up. Resource it all and meet deadlines.

xAI's Colossus is already scaling aggressively with behind-the-meter power. Tesla can shape the grid and unlock gigawatts that others can't easily get.
Shaun Maguire of Sequoia says that SpaceX is best at building next generation AI clouds. It is not even close, SpaceX is an order of magnitude ahead. Tesla modular megapods with megapacks and the natural gas turbines that SpaceX and Elon have via APR Energy sends it up another order of magnitude.
