wind power shipping

I have followed comments on this for years but it now appears that wind is coming back into global shipping in a big way.  and without the massve manpower.  the vertical tube is wonderful and least likely to be damaged in high seas. Yet other options all work well and are now been proven out.

understand we are working with displacement hulls doing around 18 knots with little variation.  this can be optimized around modern sail systems   Now the typcal hull has a twenty year lifespan and while several years of operation will prove the case ,the global switch will be rapid.  @050 will see all cargo ships using them while also using a standard power train.

the real promise here is half to two thirds of the load which is excellent.
