We obviously have a persistent problem driven by male biological obsessions. This happens with women as well, but is obviated by male physical dominance. I am pretty sure though that we are dealing with the exact same problem.
Behavior divergence from normal biological imperitives driven by obsessive fixation. A countable minority simply cannot handle their biological signaling. most folks actually check such impulses understanding they are counter productive.
Aspects of what is a huge problem have slowly emerged so we now know we have a problem. I do not think that this is ten percent of the male population but also think that it is greater than one percent. In North America, a mere one percent works out to 2,000,000 prospects. In terms of potential damage ,this is still way too many.
How do we improve this situation? Economically, i see sisterhood empowerment in order to certainly protect and also eliminate vulnerabilities. It is obvious that the high risk types are directly attracted to lifeways that provide opportunity. Stop all that.at least.
I am saying that around one person in one hundred crosses the line across a spectrum of edgy behavior. At least we no longer accept canings and all that and only my generation as well. within that spectrum, we have around one per million who are outright pedophiles, and who are very dangerous.

From the top to the bottom of humanity, we find beasts, so there will be nothing enjoyable in this story of human horror.
