Miraculous Reversal of a Rare Malignant Tumor Leaves Doctors in Awe

there are multiple meditation methodologies and this certainly includes prayer in which you requet help.

I daresay all emergent religions came about because a teacher taught some form of meditation and their follo0wers ran with it while really faiing to understand the mental aspect.  Yet that scrap of success has kept those movements alive.

We do see an action followed directly by a reaction from the other side.  This is important and those exercises settles the body before formal meditation which opens one to direct comms from the other side.  time to read fulan gong source material.  He may have known something.

By the time Taiwanese man Brian Chang was diagnosed with a rare cancer, the tumor had already rapidly spread, rendering treatments like chemotherapy and targeted therapy ineffective. After losing hope in medical care, he returned to spirituality to find an answer. Then, his condition amazingly reversed. Recalling the miracle that happened two years ago, he felt as if he had experienced a brush with death and has now gained a new life.

A Year of MisfortuneFifty-year-old Mr. Chang is the founder and CEO of U Hydrogen Technologies, a Taiwan-based company.

In 2021, he experienced a tumultuous and unfortunate year. His work encountered difficulties, with the company facing severe cash-flow problems, leading to immense stress. At the same time, he had frequent arguments with his wife, and their relationship nearly reached the point of divorce.

To make matters worse, his body began to deteriorate, and he often experienced stomach bloating. Initially, he attributed it to stress and did not take it seriously. In August 2021, he underwent endoscopy and ultrasound examinations at the hospital, but the cause of his ailments remained unclear.

In October, he felt a lump the size of an olive on the left side of his neck. The doctors performed a biopsy and conducted tests. While waiting for the results, they also did a chest X-ray, which shockingly revealed a chest filled with tumors, even though the same test had had normal results four days before the biopsy.

Subsequently, the biopsy results of the neck lump revealed that he had a rare cancer known as a mixed germ cell tumor. The doctors diagnosed his condition as extremely dangerous, with the tumor being highly malignant and having already metastasized rapidly.

Germ cell tumors form from mutations or variations in primordial germ cells, and mixed germ cell tumors consist of two or more types of germ cell tumors. Cancer cells typically spread to surrounding tissues or invade lymphatic vessels, metastasizing to other parts of the body.

Cancer index testing revealed that Mr. Chang’s beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (beta-HCG) level exceeded 300,000 milli-international units per milliliter (mIU/mL), and this high level of hormone is never found in average men.

The doctors administered high-intensity chemotherapy for a standard four-month course. Despite a reduction, his cancer index still did not fall within the normal range, prompting an additional two months of treatment. Targeted therapy was also added during this period, but the cancer index remained elevated. The side effects of the six-month chemotherapy regimen severely impacted his body; by June 2022, he had lost over 44 pounds and was frail and emaciated.

The doctors deemed his body unable to endure further treatment and suggested he return home for rest.
Return to Spiritual PracticeLosing hope, Mr. Chang decided to return to spirituality to see if it could help.

He had practiced Falun Gong—a spiritual practice—20 years ago. He later abandoned it due to busy study and work schedules.

Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, became widely known in China in the 1990s, with up to 100 million people practicing. It later spread around the world. The practice follows the spiritual principles of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance. It consists of a sitting meditation and four sets of moving exercises.

During his chemotherapy treatment, Mr. Chang began reading the core text of Falun Gong, “Zhuan Falun.” After completing the treatment and being discharged from the hospital, he resumed practicing the exercises once his body had slightly recovered. Initially, it was challenging for him due to his severely weakened physical condition, despite the movements being slow and gentle, similar to tai chi. After performing the standing exercises, he would rest for extended periods, fearing he might faint. However, he did not give up and continued to persevere.

Surprisingly, in fewer than 10 days, he could complete a one-hour exercise session in one sitting, and his physical strength also recovered.

He also mentioned that he had some unexplainable experiences during meditation.

Once, while meditating, he suddenly felt as though someone was forcefully pushing him from behind. The intensity of the force startled him, but he knew no one was behind him.

In his subsequent meditation sessions, he continued to experience these sensations, often accompanied by a feeling akin to a massage, which seemed to occur at a particular frequency. Additionally, he sensed a circulating presence within his body and could distinctly feel strong, warm currents of energy passing through him. The pushing sensation persisted outside of meditation, sometimes occurring more than a dozen times daily. Eventually, these sensations seemed to integrate into his body, diminishing in intensity until he no longer noticed them unless he focused on them.

After 5 Checkups, Cancer Was GoneAlthough his physical strength recovered rapidly, about a month after chemotherapy, Mr. Chang’s cancer index suddenly escalated, indicating rapid tumor growth. In response, his attending physician recommended additional treatment.

Mr. Chang began exploring various treatment options but found none that could guarantee effectiveness. Additionally, they all came with various potential side effects.

His attending physician said that major surgery was necessary to remove the cancer cells in his retroperitoneum, suspected to be the primary site of his cancer. The surgery would involve a large incision from the sternum to the perineum, completely exposing the intestines. Moreover, the blood supply to several organs would need to be cut off, causing irreversible damage.

In the end, he decided to undergo the surgery.

However, during a pre-surgery checkup in October 2022, his cancer index, expected to reach a new high, had dropped significantly.

His attending physician did not believe the test result, even suspecting instrument malfunction. Nonetheless, Mr. Chang requested to postpone the surgery, which the attending physician agreed to, allowing him to return for further observation.

Two or three weeks later, Mr. Chang went for another checkup, and his cancer index had dropped again. The attending physician still had suspicions and asked him to return after some time.

When he returned for the third checkup after resting, his cancer index had dropped to single digits. The instrument could no longer detect the cancer index by the fourth and fifth checkups.

Other various cancer examinations also confirmed that the tumor had disappeared, and his body was completely healthy. It was December 2022, the sixth month since he had resumed his spiritual practice.

He believes this is the reason he recovered.

Over the next year, multiple checkup results showed that everything was normal, and he felt healthy. In early 2023, he returned to work at his company.

Mr. Chang shared that when the test results first came out, his attending physician asked him what he had been doing. Mr. Chang explained that he had been practicing Falun Gong. The doctor was skeptical, saying, “How is that possible? There has never been a case like this before.”

“However, once I fully recovered, the doctor started to believe,” Mr. Chang said. “He asked me when I had begun practicing Falun Gong and even recorded it in my medical records.”

Mr. Chang said the attending physician was shocked and repeatedly exclaimed, “This cannot be explained by modern medicine. It is a miracle.”

What Happened LaterThis may not be a miracle, as studies have found that spiritual practice can help with chronic diseases.

An observational study presented at the 2016 American Society of Clinical Oncology annual meeting found that practicing Falun Gong improved symptoms and extended the lifespan of late-stage cancer patients. Researchers from Switzerland, Taiwan, the UK, and the United States conducted research involving 152 cases of Chinese Falun Gong practitioners with terminal cancer. As of the report date, 149 patients were still alive and well for their conditions. Compared to the predicted survival period of 5.1 months, the actual survival period was significantly prolonged to 56.0 months. Notably, patients’ quality of life also improved significantly.

A questionnaire survey study published in 2020 involving over 1,000 Taiwanese Falun Gong practitioners found that 70 percent to 89 percent of individuals with chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, lung issues, and high blood pressure experienced improvement or recovery after practicing spiritual practice.

What disappeared along with the cancer was the tense atmosphere in Mr. Chang’s home.

Mr. Chang said after resuming the practice of Falun Gong, he could genuinely adhere to the principles of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance. Previously, he was like an “authoritarian” at home, often becoming angry and creating a tense atmosphere. After practicing, the atmosphere at home underwent a “night and day” transformation.

“My wife said I seemed to have completely transformed into a different person, finding it simply unbelievable,” he said.

Mr. Chang’s transformation has had a profound impact on his family. In early 2023, his wife, three children, and his wife’s mother and sister joined him in the spiritual practice.

Furthermore, he became more tolerant and understanding toward his subordinates at work, no longer holding onto negative emotions.

“My desire for profit and wealth diminished,” he added. “Surprisingly, it led to a significant improvement in the company’s operations.”
