Now imagine we merely replace all this with neutral neutron pairs and understand that this floods the enture sub light speed sphere produced by any act of creation. understand our inherant assumption with the BIG BANG is that all of it happened at light speed and we are inside this bubble of matter. NOT!
In fact we are inside the bubble of matter produced for our galaxie and it may well be produced by multiple creations as well. As in all stars and all large planets perhaps.
Gravity is still doing it thing but slowly with material coming in from the perimeter and ultimately been ground up in the galactic cores.
just how do we measure any of this?

Gravitational Lensing without Dark Matter
QI theorists contend that the modification of inertia due to Unruh radiation can explain the bending of light in gravitational lensing events. They argue that the observed lensing effects are a result of the modified gravitational interaction at very low accelerations, without the necessity for the presence of dark matter.
