Sasha Latapova, a former a medical device R&D executive who is now a journalist, gave an update on an explosive civil lawsuit in Holland against Albert Bourla, the CEO of Pfizer, Bill Gates and Mark Rutte, the head of NATO. She investigated a leaked internal AstraZeneca audio that she says points back to a Pentagon-planned, DARPA-linked pandemic program dating back years before COVID emerged in 2019. She said that in 2017, DARPA approached AstraZeneca and asked it to join a consortium.
DARPA proposed that the military Department of Defense (DoD) would identify potential pandemic viruses and drug manufacturers would make vaccines and therapeutics within 60 days. A key executive of AstraZeneca admitted, on tape, that he knew at the time that the pandemic was fake and they were being fraudulently induced into criminal activity.
On February 4, 2020, the DOD made a phone call to AstraZeneca and other participants of the consortium and told them that COVID was a national security threat. And the project went live.
Bill Gates confirmed in writing, via emails to Epstein, that he wanted to work on the COVID project. Bill Gates, Epstein, and JP Morgan set up a financial structure for massive profits from a pandemic using charitable organizations to avoid taxation.

Pandemic Preparedness Program (PPP)
The PPP was a public-private partnership, and a conspiracy between corporations, banks, pharmaceutical companies and government/ military.
Sasha Latapova said that mass-vaccination programs go back 100 years and are depopulation programs run by the military. All vaccines were military owned.
Latapova condemned the PREP Act of 2005 and she said that both Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden both stood up in Congress and said this law is hugely unconstitutional. It violates several amendments of the Constitution, specifically people’s right to sue in court and seek compensation for injuries and deaths caused by government activities.
But Republicans pushed it through Congress.
She proposed that Tucker Carlson may have brought Trump onboard with the plan, if he wasn’t already in cahoots with the COVID conspirators.
She mentioned that Francis Boyle, a university professor who wrote the US Bioweapons Act, agreed to testify that the COVID shots were military-grade bioweapons, but mysteriously died three weeks later.
