Any such weapon would collapse the global population as well. However, here we have such a CCP General touting genocide as a useful strategy which taken with present circumstances we all find terrtibly worrisome. Even worse than the original nuclear scare.
Understand something. Over the next century, the Chinese population will shrink to 500,000,000 and Indian population will expand to possibly 2,000,000,000. Africa will climb to 1,000,000,000 and stabalize. The West will stabalize and likely reform its culture to modestly expand to 1,000,000,000 for Europe and the Americas along with another 1,000,000,000 for the rest of SE Asia.
My point is that China has done this to itself. The rest are trying not to.
China or the CCP is the only serious nation out there engaged in an aggressive foreign policy without truly engaging the tools of international serttlement. Let us hope it does not get out of hand.

In the (c. 2003) speech linked below, General Haotian describes the approaching zero-sum game scenario between the United States and China during the onset of the 21st century.

Gen. Haotian justified his biological extermination plan by claiming that the Chinese are the original ancestors of the Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, and European descendants who later inhabited the territories that became known as the United States of America. According to Gen. Haotian, such lineage gives the Chinese race inherent rights over the land. At the time of his speech, the U.S. was identified as the most formidable roadblock against the CCP’s desired global domination.
To avoid destroying and contaminating existing American infrastructure and territory by using nuclear weapons, a (stealth) biological weapon release was identified as the method of choice instead. Gen. Haotian advocated the use of such a biological weapon against the American enemy to achieve CCP expanded living space and global domination objectives.
It is plausible that the murky circumstance around the likely release of SARS-CoV-2 from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) serves as a cover story (accidental release) for the possible intentional deployment of Gen. Haotian’s virus. Such a virus would cause enough concern to entice an American (and European) schizophrenic response. The CCP seemingly capitalized on the first mover advantage by generating the urgency and degree of lockdown measures. Such restrictions in the West have proven to be corruptive, destructive, and illogical over an extended period.
Lastly, it is difficult to imagine any higher act of treason performed by an American – from “Dr.” Fauci, Bill Gates, Dr. Peter Daszak to possibly Bill Clinton and William Cohen – if assistance was provided to the CCP for developing such adversarial biological capabilities over the previous 2-3 decades.
