It really sounds pretty limited and i also assume it has a somewhat bitter taste as well if we are making tea. So far i know of no compelling reason to waste my time although it really should respond well to a low temperature baking process to break down some complex molecules. This is really a highly available product looking for a home and ruining a smoothy may not be it.
This truly calls for a lot of practical research as we now have plenty of product easily collected as well...
