It is institional players allowed to do their job. whining does not help. We have already seen long filed reports finally been read aloud. this means a rising body of secure vetted evidence which finally displaces hearsay and slander.
WE may be able to accept that 200,000 reports exist. without reading them we cannot judge their value.
