What we have is hard ambiguous evidence, hardly surprising for stuff that is 13,000 years old at least. Yet as this item shows us, knowledge is trickling in and the prime date of my Pleistocene Nonconformity is solidifying in the world of scholarly debate.

No one has taken on the BIG speculation however. That posits that the impact itself was human directed in order to induce a fifteen degree tilt through Hudson Bay on our maps while absorbing much of the impact energy on the Ice sheet. This speculation conforms well with available cultural sources and sheds light on their derivation. Ref. Noah and the Kolbrin Bible
Such a momentum shift in the crust did two things. The oceans left their sea beds and rushed inland erasing all life residing on the continental shelf. At the same time, provided the earth is hollow, the interior oceans also left their sea beds and rose through the polar exit channels to actually also flood the surface. This is the waters from the void described in Genesis.
This fifteen degree shift ended the Northern Ice Age in its entirety and adjusted the Southern Ice Cap to also cover Western Antarctica. This obviously ushered in the Holocene while opening the entirety of the globe to stable growing conditions. Agricultural man was then landed in order to start the process of terraforming terra.
Obviously, if this event was all human directed, with modernity to hand and ready access to space, then humanity could and would have been fully evacuated to space habitats. At the same time, plenty of high country would have reasonably escaped the effects of the comet impactor. So plenty of humanity could escape long before the event.
The Noah report is a bronze age translation of a technical report and can be interpreted as a colony ship called an Ark or UFO bringing in a 200 man colony along with assorted biologicals in seed or embryo form.
Such a craft would certainly have been used to evacuate Terra and again centuries later ,to set up colonies. during this period human survivors would also have filled the lands. Think San and Abos who have never quite taken up agriculture to my knowledge.
Otherwise, we do not understand ante diluvian artifacts. Yet it appears that the successor colonists made a real effort to recreate it, under the original Atlantean dispensation ending in 1159 BC. And we still do not understand why.
Yet recall today, that every human being has access to electricity and a cell phone. That is actually necessary for global modernity.
