The Great turning will see the advent of the Rule of Twelve and the general elimination of poverty, or even the idea of poverty.  This is never a gift from any hiearchy but a gift from the natural community.

Yet humanity still must be shown, just as we are now been shown the nature of those who have led us through hiearchy.
