What makes this even possible is that we have been able to use xrays to finally successfullyimage neutrons and protons as per a recent poist and we see close linked geometric forms confirming what we all sort of imagined.

now understand that a laser beam is all about coherant photons plausibly forming a tube.  The photons themselves may be passing around the tube in a spiral as well.  our own experimental work has produced a twelve inch ribbon which should consist of two separate photon structures perhaps counter moving..

what all this structure actually needs is a physical framework easily supplied by my projected NNPs.  These can easily stack and are sticky enough to retain structural stability.

Where I am going with this is that the same tools used for imaging the structure of an atom will also work to look at stacked NNPs.

It will still be sticky work, but we can see what we are doing.  Then if all that actually works for us, i would also like to shift our way up and down the nearby spectrum to discover if we can trigger single decay event on the NNPs which should be easy to detect. as Xray emissions as well.  This would be the smallest form of fission energy andvcan be obviously turned on or off at will..

We may well be able to produce hot electrons essentially out of the ether!  The implied experimental protocol should easily convert into a working machine if it can be tapped to do all this.

I am speculating that particular xray spectrums will cause neuclur decay in specific isotopes, but we have to get control through this type of device..

We have come a long way here folks.  Right now we have imagined drawing energy and heat from the Ether itself while also likely driving the NNPs carrying gravity out of our waveguides.  this pretty well describes the necessary power plant for all tnhose observed UFOs. So far, no one has the guts to spend real money making all this happen.  I really want to fire photon torpedos at the Moon.

A photon torpedo is a product of plasma manufacturing and energy storage using those photonic ribbons and NNPs.  Imagine such a torpedo triggering to full decay on combat contact.  ideal for destroying Starships a mile across.
