I have understood that the whole ufo phenom is driven by traffic passing from space to Terran bases for several years. That immediately begged the question of ufo bases on earth. subsea was an obvious option and that also includes deep lakes as well.
This led to the discovery of a prime site of north East Nova scotia in particular after a personal informant who was lobster fishing observed a huge craft descend and enter the sea. Could hardly be more obvious.
Of course usable sites exist all over, but still demand natural rock integrity and you need to know a bit regarding what you are looking for.
In the meantime we are discovering how to replicate ufo subsea performance itself.

Tic-tac UFOs and other mysterious “craft” seen swarming US Navy vessels in recent years could be coming from an underwater base, officials have supposedly speculated.
Filmmaker Jeremy Corbell hit headlines around the world when he released the now-famous “pyramid UFO” video, taken by crew aboard the USS Russell off San Diego in July 2019.
He also shared bombshell images of another object appearing above the USS Omaha in the same month before it apparently “descended into the water”.
Both sets of material, published on his website extraordinarybeliefs.com, have been confirmed by the Pentagon as genuine.
They follow similar authentic videos of encounters by USS Nimitz fighter jets in 2004 and two more sightings in 2015.
In an exclusive interview with Daily Star, Jeremy claimed there had been discussions between US Navy officials that these UFOs could be coming from Earth’s oceans.
He believes that many of the objects are examples of “transmedium” vehicles – meaning they can operate both in the air and underwater.
“They can move from one medium [air] to the next [sea] with ease,” Jeremy explained.
All of the leaked UFO videos and images confirmed as genuine by the Pentagon have occurred over the sea.

And the Los Angeles-based filmmaker said it had been disclosed to him that US Navy officials have discussed the possibility that they may be coming from our oceans.
“UFOs may be coming from a distant place,” he told this site. “But often, we see them coming from a much closer place.
“As you would have an embassy in a foreign land, it is possible that there's a congregation or a station or a location underwater, where UFOs could be transiting from once they're here, wherever they come from.

“That is a possibility that UFOs are transiting from a localised place underneath the water.”
One example Jeremy gave to shed light on the theory concerns the USS Nimitz encounter.
Commander David Fravor, a fighter pilot from the strike group, first came across the “tic-tac” shaped object hovering above an ocean “disturbance” on November 14, 2004.
Jeremy explained: “Going back to what commander David Fravor saw and the other pilots of the circle of what appeared to be whitewater, or boiling water was the way it was explained to me the first time

“There was an object under the water and it appeared to be cross shaped. And it was right under the water where the tic-tac UFOs were descending to, and they were dropping in from above 80,000 feet, all the way down to sea level in less than a second without a sonic boom.
“When these things were coming down they were docking. And those are not my words. They were docking somehow informationally maybe with whatever was happening in the water or under the water.”
There are other possibilities being discussed for where these objects are coming from. Jeremy said officials have also discussed the possibility they “come from another planet”.
“That's one of the options that's definitely on the table,” he added. “But importantly, there was this implication that there might be a base or location like an embassy that they could go and maybe fuel up their starships and come I mean, who knows I'm speculating jokingly, I have no idea.”
