This is an esoteric narritive and we have seen plenty of that.. The central MEME is that through an accident of history, the US constituion has already made provision for the political absorption of Canada and Canada can add sovreign states into a greater confederation.
Canada is the natural keystone for an expanded confederation that can include everyone.acting as a nation state.
I had not seen this quite this way and it would take an ounce of leadership and the enthusiasm of India to literally reconstitute the RAJ as a military global presence.

Pac-Man
Originally called Puck Man by the Japanese (Namco), the maze chase arcade game was released in 1980, and more than 293,000 coin-operating machines were manufactured in that decade making Pac-Man the world’s top arcade game to date; and the game is still part of my life – my favorite video game.
Pac-Man moves through the maze being chased by the 4 ghosts (Pac-Man is a Ghostbuster) and can eat the 4 corner power pellets to eat the blinking ghosts for points which go up in value 200, 400, 800 then 1,600 if you get the fourth ghost. Players can have 4 men, starting with 3 and earning an extra at 10,000 points. Bonus points come from eating the ‘fruit’ or bonus item which increase in point-value the higher the board you are playing. The fruits go from the 100 point cherry opener, strawberry, orange, orange again, apple, apple, pineapple = 1,000 points, pineapple, Galaxian spaceship, Galaxian spaceship, bell = 3,000 points, bell, then every board is a 5,000 point key from the thirteenth level forward.
To score big in Pac-Man you have to become a key master. I have played to the twelve key or the twenty-fourth level, but my high score of 237,400 points was on the eleventh key or twenty-third level of that game. That was on a little $20 10 cm x 10 cm portable model that moves way too easily on any surface – worn out now. I await some time on a full-fledged sit down game with the good joy stick to blast passed the quarter million point mark.
As far as Pac-Man goes, I am a KeyMaster.
The Adjustment Bureau is a 2011 movie starring Matt Damon as David, Emily Blunt as Elise, and Anthony Mackie as Harry Mitchell, the bureau agent assigned to David’s case. Harry who acts somewhat like an angel reports to the Chairman who seems to be like God. The plot has David pursuing Elise romantically against what seems to be the power of fate. Harry is a KeyMaster who has gone rogue and opens gates (doors / portals) for David without the Gatekeeper’s foreknowledge or consent. (More on the AB soon)
(Aside: The Master Key is a 1945 movie in which government agents battle Nazis who are trying to turn seawater into gold using the Orotron machine.)

To enter the Earth Project all must pass Gaia’s Gatekeeper and the KeyMaster must unlock the gate. In one channel I read, when Jesus came to Earth, even He had to stop at the gate for the Gatekeeper.

Canada was known as a country of peacekeepers, until the totalitarian tiptoe took it to war.
As I understand it, within the US Constitution, only Canada can become part of the US.
What if every other country in the world, except the US, through peace and acting appropriately (love thy neighbor) opts to become part of sovereign Canada, including England in a reverse takeover. Once the much larger Canada has the US surrounded, the US invokes its constitutional provision. Given a yes votes for all of the above, the world becomes the United Sovereign States – the 33 rd star nation; and our first spaceship will be the USS Enterprise.
