This clarifies what is likely happening in the hermit Kingdom. The military has taken over direct control and this was liklely at the behest of the CCP. If he is lucky, Kim Jong Um is alive and under house arrest. His sister has been tasked to be the spokesperson for the regime.
The abrupt ending of negotiations with South Korea and the USA serves only the interests of the CCP, now kicking all its neighbors in an attempt to reset their position with the USA. They clearly do not want to honor their international agreements and trade deals with the USA, likely because gthey can not.
The CCP is using all this in an attempt to change the likely outcome of the upcoming election. I have little doubt that CCP funds have been globally supporting the NWO resurection of global Communism and Fascism. Their miscalculations are blatently obvious, but they are now striking out as their internal numbers keep declining.
In the meantime a large task force has arisen in the South China Sea and will conduct exercises all summer. The stage has been set for a powerful new coalition to arise whose sole purpose is to confront the CCP. This will mean summarly removal of Chinese assets from islands in international waters.
