Ceres Bright Spot Close up



This image nicely establishes that we have a fumarole of some sort blowing out a white precipitate.  That it is almost unique is a little surprising but then it may simply be the largest.  right now it is early days.

Yet is is natural as possible and that is a nice gain.

A really interesting discovery and it reminds me of certain eruptions reported in the past on the moon.
