Avoid the Golden Handcuffs, Warns CEO of Venture for America

 Yes, there is something wrong with the system. What it also produces is an abundance of aged out professionals who all performed but whose core skill set has often aged out or merely gone away as industry changed.


The breakout for all happens to be attention to innovation and innovative enterprise.   The problem is that a high income locks everyone into long term mortgages with inflexible time horizons.


We have addressed aspects of this before and it is completely solvable through a better designed community economic model.  Fresh training should be easy and welcome as well.  We are a long way away from that.
