Triangulating the Afterlife

When you have actually encountered the afterlife as an engaged witness through what is now described as luminous dreaming or envisaging one is left completely convinced regarding the actual reality of the experience and of the actual reality of the afterlife itself.   I speak from the experience of having such an experience one afternoon a couple of years ago while napping.

My experience at the time included walking toward a lit farm similar to the farm I grew up on and entering that farm while observing vegetation and several planted vegetable beds as well.  Most important I noted that the spectrum had shifted upwards into deeper yellows.  This was like no dream that I had ever had.

I entered the home and encountered my mother.  I chose not to directly communicate but that is actually consistent in terms of our earthly relationship so this was not a time for catching up.  I actively tried to observe as much as I could.  Most unusual though is that my mother’s hair style was reminiscent of that of the late eighteenth century court.  My mother had never worn such a style in my own remembrance.  As well I noted the presence of a newspaper that I recognized and assumed that the intent was to show me that such information was available in the afterlife. I came away with new facts and clarity that this was the abode of my mother who passed away over forty years ago.

This past week my daughter who is sensitive to communicating with spirits and is advancing this skill did some work with a Reiki Master.  Without the entire back story, she was able to open actual direct communication with my mother.  Way more important however is that the Reiki Master was able to see the spirits in attendance and identified a woman aged 45 to 50 who was wearing a bouffant hairstyle that my daughter thought immediately was my mother.

It was not until I thought about what I had been told for a while that I connected the dots and realized that the proper description for my mother’s hairstyle is bouffant although my mother used the sixties phrase of beehive hairstyle.  What this all means is that we actually succeeded in triangulating the afterlife with two separate observations carefully set up by my mother in the afterlife to ensure that the conclusion was essentially inescapable.  My daughter did not understand the import of the word beehive in terms of hair styling.

It is hard to set up proofs like this but it is certainly worthwhile.  Most important it has become possible to directly communicate through my daughter in particular with a specific spirit to gain information.  This is as close the revelations of Swedenborg as I have come.

Great Chicago Teachers Union Transformation

There is a clear lesson here. It is that an effective union can both organize and behave responsibly.  But it must also engage its members and the community and not allow the agenda to be narrowed down to bread and butter because they will always then lose.

The gold standard for unions have been gold plated contracts that eliminate financial flexibility and ultimately drive financial failure.   This has ultimately produced worse imbalances among employees and produced unwelcome expectations of economically unearned advantage.

Worse, it has driven the pushback that has steadily reduced unionism as a force for improvement in society.

No one has a balanced model in place but this is an example of a better outcome that needs to be taken to heart.

Modeling the Education They Want To Be: The Great Chicago Teachers Union Transformation

Sunday, 02 March 2014 00:00By Eleanor J BaderTruthout | Book Review

Micah Uetricht's "Strike for America: Chicago Teachers Against Austerity" relates the stirring transformation of the Chicago Teachers Union into a democratically organized force for social justice.

According to labor journalist Micah Uetricht, it's high time for trade unions in the United States to decide whether they want to wither away and follow a "business unionism" model of concessions and shrinkage, or follow "social movement unionism," a bottom-up, democratic organizing strategy that is aligned with social justice movements throughout the country.

The Chicago Teacher's Union [CTU], Uetricht writes in his book, Strike for America: Chicago Teachers Against Austerity, is a prime example of the latter, a feisty, transparent, activist-led group that is willing to fight the good fight and challenge the entrenched attitudes that have made unions irrelevant to far too many workers. Uetricht makes clear that the CTU was not always a beacon and charts the union's transition from a staid, top-down organization to one that engages teachers, paraprofessionals, students and neighborhood residents in community betterment efforts throughout Chicago.

The shift, he writes, began in 2010, when a slate of teachers calling themselves the Caucus of Rank-and-File Educators [CORE] took the reins of the 26,000 member CTU from CORE's predecessors, the United Progressive Caucus. "By 2010, the UPC leadership had atrophied," Uetricht explains, and was cowering in the face of school closures, the growth of nonunion charter schools, and the Renaissance 2010 "free market education reforms" championed by Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel and supported by US Secretary of Education Arne Duncan.

Not so, CORE. Its slogan - a union that actually fights for its members - proved early on that it was willing and ready to challenge authority. "They held multiple forums on cuts to public education. They built relationships with community organizations fighting school closures. They held a study group on Naomi Klein's The Shock Doctrine, which argues that neoliberal reform is pushed by elites during times of crisis, when the population is disoriented," Uetricht reports.

By late 2008, shortly after its founding, CORE began organizing teachers in schools that were slated for shuttering. Then, in January 2009, it sponsored a massive public forum on education reform that drew 500 people, including hundreds of educators. It quickly became apparent that the audience wanted to do something concrete and, in conjunction with a parent group called GEM, The Grassroots Education Movement, CORE activists began planning a visible pushback, taking to the streets and voicing their outrage in newspapers, over the airwaves, and through social media. By May 2010, a CTU election resulted in a CORE victory, with Karen Lewis at the helm.

The improvement in teacher morale was immediate. "In the past," Uetricht writes, "the union had operated under a servicing model, where the union's staff handled whatever problems teachers faced in the classroom or with an administrator; if the teacher had no problems, interaction with union staff was unlikely. Now, teachers themselves were going to be carrying out the union's broad agenda for educational justice."

CORE quickly allocated the resources needed to create a CTU organizing department, something that had never before existed. What's more, the new regime slashed the salaries of union staffers so that what they earned was in step with teachers' pay. In addition, they created a summer program that trained activist teachers to organize their peers. Contract Committees were formed in every school to ensure grassroots input and provide a ready conduit for information sharing with cafeteria and maintenance workers, who were not part of the CTU. Finally, the union decided to take on more than bread-and-butter issues. "The union made publicly funded corporate subsidies, most notably through the city's Tax Incremental Financing [TIF] system, a major issue and worked alongside community groups and other unions to expand the CTU's organizing to include the issue of austerity for poor neighborhoods of color throughout the city," Uetricht notes.

Slowly but surely, he adds, the nearly-moribund CTU of the early 2000s was becoming invigorated. This was tested, however, when the Emmanuel administration laid off 1,500 teachers, and the Illinois legislature passed SB7, a bill that required a strike authorization threshold of 75 percent and limited the issues over which a union could refuse to work.

Nonetheless, by September 2012, things had reached a breaking point and the city's refusal to offer CTU members a decent contract was the last straw. Despite SB7, the union stunned city and state officials by taking a strike vote that resulted in more than 90 percent of the membership agreeing that it was time to walk off the job. It was the first teacher strike in Chicago in 25 years.

"The entire city felt transformed," Uetricht writes. "Teachers were engaged in highly visible, militant, mass action, and there was a widespread sense throughout the city of the legitimacy and necessity of such action - for educators and for other workers . . . The union held mass rallies nearly every day with tens of thousands of teachers and their supporters . . . Teachers began organizing actions themselves, independent of the CTU leadership. No union staffers planned the small marches on the mayor's house during the strike; teachers planned these themselves."

This had an enormous impact on union activists because the ability to do what they felt was necessary - without having to jump through bureaucratic approval hoops - gave the members a sense of CTU ownership. Eight days later, when a tentative contract settlement was reached, they voted to extend the strike by two days to give themselves a chance to thoroughly digest the document rather than allow Lewis and the negotiating team to tell them what it said. "For the first time," Uetricht writes, "teachers were studying every word of their contract, the principal document governing their work lives." On October 3, 79 percent of the membership voted in favor of the accord.

And the lessons? Strike for America concludes that "Rather than trying to meet free-market education reformers in the middle on their proposals to privatize schools or increase teacher evaluations based on standardized testing - as national teachers unions have done - the CTU was uncompromising in its rejection of the demands of Mayor Rahm Emmanuel and corporate reform groups. Rather than allowing such groups to paint the union as a roadblock to educational progress, the CTU put forth its own positive proposals to reform schools, grounded in an unapologetic vision of progressive education that would be funded by taxing the rich."

That said, the CTU and other progressive groups working to oppose charter schools, end standardized testing and stop union busting nonetheless have a mountain of work ahead of them as those eager to dismantle public education continually float neoliberal plans. Indeed, privatization advocates have received hefty grants from the Bill and Melinda Gates, Eli and Edythe Broad and Walton Family Foundations, making the playing field extremely uneven.

Worse, Uetricht reports that both the National Education Association and American Federation of Teachers have done little to buck these alarming trends. He further argues that their continual pandering to the Democrats - to the tune of $30 million in the 2012 election cycle - represents a colossal waste of funds, money that would be better spent on improving schools, promoting healthy communities, advocating on behalf of workers and the poor, and planning an effective opposition to the conservative agenda that presently holds sway in both political parties.

The CTU has shown us that it is possible to fight back and win. But as Uetricht points out, "Nationally, strike levels are at all-time lows. Every decade since the 1970s the number of strikes undertaken by workers has steadily diminished; it might be an exaggeration to state that today the strike is nearly extinct, but not by much. The number of workdays lost to strikes in the post-World War II period, labor's heyday, was 60 million; in 2010 it was 180,000." As is obvious, it will take a radical re-imagining to turn today's labor movement into a force for change.

Still, American workers have been on the losing end for decades, so if not now, when?

Naturally Reverse Cavities and Heal Tooth Decay

This is a pretty complete article on the topic.  It reports that oil pulling is strongly gaining ground and that is no surprise.  Coconut oil appears to be the oil of choice and it can be also used as a carrier for more complex formulations.

At the same time it is plainly obvious that any food oil should have a similar effect and then taste does matter.  I have tested it all out with sesame oil in particular.

The take home is that grain products combined with sugar is a very bad idea.  If you must eat this type of food and it is nigh well impossible to avoid,  get into the habit of immediately cleaning your teeth at least.

How to Naturally Reverse Cavities and Heal Tooth Decay

January 31, 2014

There is a common belief today about cavities that once you have tooth decay, that cavity can NOT be reversed or healed. Then the only solution is to have part of your tooth drilled out and filled with a synthetic material.

But according to a study published in the British Medical Journal cavities and tooth decay could potentially be healed or reversed with diet.

A study was performed on 62 children with cavities and they were divided into three different diet groups. Group 1 ate a standard diet plus oatmeal (rich in phytic acid).  Group 2 consumed their normal diet and supplemented with vitamin D.  Group 3 ate a grain-free diet and took vitamin D.

The results found that group 1 who had a diet high in grains and phytic acid had an increase in cavities. Group 2 had improvements in cavities and less form. Group 3 who followed a grain-free diet rich in vegetables, fruits, meat, milk and took vitamin D saw the greatest improvements in which nearly all cavities healed.
###
This study along with the backing of many doctors and dentists is proving we have been misinformed about what causes cavities and if they can truly be reversed.

Dentist Ramiel Nagel who authored the book Cure Tooth Decay has helped many of his patients “reverse” their tooth decay and would rather not put in fillings. He believes that you can prevent and heal cavities with nutrition.

In this article I am going to go over the causes of tooth decay and how it may be prevented and in many cases even reversed.

The Cause of Tooth Decay
To understand the link between diet and tooth decay we must start with one of the most well-respected dentists who ever lived Weston A. Price.

West A. Price lived in the early 1900’s and was the chairman of the National Dental Association (1914-1923), and a pioneer for the ADA.

Weston Price traveled the world searching to discover what causes tooth decay. Dr. Price found a common link between eating modern foods and cavities. He witness that many indigenous isolated tribes had perfect teeth and little tooth decay. But once they were exposed to a western diet they experienced tooth decay, bone loss and chronic illness.

According to the American Dental Association this is the cause of tooth decay:

“[Tooth decay] occurs when foods containing carbohydrates (sugars and starches) such as milk, pop, raisins, cakes or candy are frequently left on the teeth. Bacteria that live in the mouth thrive on these foods, producing acids as a result. Over a period of time, these acids destroy tooth enamel, resulting in tooth decay.”

But the truth is the ADA is only hitting on 1 of the 4 things that could contribute to tooth decay.

According to the insights of Dr. Edward Mellanby, Dr. Weston Price and Dr. Ramiel Nagel there are 4 main things that contribute to tooth decay:
Lack of minerals in the diet (calcium, magnesium and phosphorus)
Lack of fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) (especially D)
Too much consumption of Phytic Acid rich foods
Too much consumption of processed sugar

Let’s discuss the 4 aspects that cause tooth decay and how they can be addressed with diet.

Natural Approaches To Oral Health
Don’t be fooled, there in addition to brushing and flossing daily, there are several ways you can reverse cavities and maximizes your oral health without resorting to taking in fluoride. Here are just a few for you to consider:

Removing Sugar – Probably the worst culprit of them all for anyone who desires healthy, cavity-free teeth, sugar should be avoided like the plague. Not only does sugar feed oral bacteria that prevents a healthy flow of dental fluids, it is highly acidic and can literally decalcify or demineralize the structural content of teeth that create dental decay.

This means staying away from soda, candy, and baked goods with sugar. Additionally, use raw honey and maple syrup and drink juices sparingly as too much sugar can contribute to cavity formation. Be careful of artificial sweeteners because of their health risks as well. Bottom line: Make stevia your new best friend along with raw honey in moderation!

Removing Phytic Acid – Phytic acid (phytate) is a mineral blocker and enzyme inhibitor found in grains, nuts, seeds and beans which can serious health problems in our diets. The main reason phytic acid has become an issue today is because we have stopped ancient food preparation techniques such as sprouting or sourdough fermentation which kills off the phytic acid.

According to research published in the The Lancet a diet high in phytic acid will create mineral deficiencies and cause osteoporosis.

80% of phosphorus in grains and beans is bound to phytic acid so it is completely un-absorbable. In addition to blocking phosphorus availability in humans, these molecules bind minerals necessary for oral health such as calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc; thus, causing them to be unavailable for proper utilization. Consuming foods high in phytic acid decreases magnesium absorption by 60% and zinc by 20%.

Phytic acid not only doesn’t allow you to absorb in minerals in your food, it also leaches minerals out of your body, bones and teeth!

Subsequently, the powerful anti-nutritional effects of phytic acid have been known to cause digestive disorders, lack of appetite, nutrient deficiencies, and tooth decay. A good rule of thumb is to limit your grain consumption and stay completely clear from unfermented soy products. Because phytic acid is much higher in foods grown using modern high-phosphate fertilizers than those grown in natural compost, try to only eat foods that are organic and GMO-free.

If you are aiming to improve your health and reverse cavities, foods high in phytic acid like grains, beans, nuts and soy should be avoided. However, if you soak grains or nuts and then sprout them or do sourdough fermentation you can reduce phytic acid by around 50 – 100%.

Raw Dairy and Nutrient Rich Foods – Raw dairy is filled with the vitamins and minerals that contribute to a healthy dental fluid flow and help maintain strong teeth. Loaded with calcium, vitamin K2, vitamin D3, magnesium, phosphorus, and fat-soluble vitamins it is a good idea to consume raw dairy products at least weekly. I recommend goat’s milk kefir, raw cheeses and organic grass-fed butter are great options.

Remember, if you’re going to beat tooth decay, you need to increase your fat soluble vitamin intake and mineral intake. If I were creating an ideal diet to follow, it would look like this:

Rich in animal foods like bone broth, meat, fish and eggs.
Raw and cooked vegetables especially green leafy vegetables.
Raw dairy like kefir, cheese and grass-fed butter
Fruit one piece daily early in day
High vitamin D – get plenty of sunshine and days not in sun supplement with 5,000IU daily of D3.
Foods high in healthy fat like coconut oil, avocado, olives and fish or fermented cod liver oil.
Fermented grains only and in moderation such as true sourdough bread (or even better no grains at all). You can buy raw flours and breads here: bluemountainorganics.com and wisechoicemarket.com

Nuts, seeds and beans only that have been sprouted. You can find sprouted nuts and seeds at: bluemountainorganics.com.

Finally, NO processed food, packaged food or fast food.

Mineralizing Tooth Paste – First of all, there are several brands of fluoride-free toothpaste that you won’t have to pay a small fortune to get your hands on. Secondly, if you’re looking to save a buck or two and also looking remineralize your teeth in a particularly powerful way, try making your own! Here is the recipe:

4 tbsp. Coconut Oil
2 tbsp. Baking Soda (aluminum free)
1 tbsp. xylitol or 1/8 tsp. stevia
20 drops peppermint or clove essential oil
20 drops trace  minerals or (calcium/magnesium powder)

Oil Pulling – Used for centuries by Ayurvedic medicine, oil pulling is a fantastic oral detoxification procedure that has gained some popularity in the U.S. the last several years. Simply done by swishing a tablespoon of oil in your mouth for 20 minutes, this simple process has been praised to cure everything from gingivitis to headaches to systemic diseases like diabetes! If you can’t do 20 minutes, 3-5 minutes is still good. We recommend using coconut oil and a drop or two of clove and/or tea tree essential oils for maximal antiseptic and antifungal power. Here are some tips:

The best time to oil pull (like most other detoxification procedures) is first thing in the morning right after you get out of bed.

Don’t let the 20 minutes time frame deter you. You won’t even notice 20 minutes have gone by if you do this during your normal morning routine (i.e. while you shower, put your clothes on and prep for the day).
Immediately afterwards, rinse your mouth out with warm water. Use salt water for added antimicrobial properties.
Don’t be shocked if the oil/saliva mixture you spit out is milky white or yellow.
Finally, brush your teeth as normal.

Note: This should be a relative relaxing process, so don’t feel compelled to vigorously swish your mouth with oil for the entire time or else you’re bound to get sore jaw muscles. Simply and gently move the oil in your mouth and through your teeth without swallowing any of it.

In a nutshell, these natural approaches to reversing cavities are extremely effective and cost-efficient for anyone to employ without hesitation. Take charge of your oral wellness today and show off your new, healthy smile with pride!

Butler Gargoyle

This one is very interesting because the witnesses appear to get an excellent eyeball on the creature allowing it to be well characterized.  Sightings have also taken place over an extended time span as well.  The quality is good enough to name it a gargoyle.

Curiously, it has not been seen flying although we have ample confirmation of the apparent capability.

A coat of fur and we would have a giant sloth. As well it is in March.  Skin would be unpleasant.  Again I am confused by this creature.

We have had a number of separate gargoyle like creatures that are noteworthy for their lack of fur and bat like wings.   I suspect that the depredations of this creature are in the form of draining blood from cattle.  The better Chupacabra sightings also conform to what we have here.

You can see how much trouble we are having even with excellent information.

The Butler Gargoyle
Monday, February 24, 2014

I was recently contacted by the witness of a winged humanoid that was originally reported to researcher Stan Gordon. The witness states that he had subsequent sightings after his first report. Below is Stan Gordon's first sighting report...then followed by the new information given to me by the witness.

On March 21, 2011, I was contacted by a witness who reported having an encounter with a very strange creature during the early morning hours of March 18, 2011. The incident occurred on a rural road in Butler County between Chicora and East Brady. The witness, a businessman passing through the area, stated that “this was the freakiest thing I ever saw, and it made the hair stand up on the back of my neck.”

The man told me that he was driving down the road when from about a ¼ mile away, he observed something on the right side in a grassy area. His first thought was that it was a deer. The driver stepped on the gas to move closer to get a better view. From about 50 yards away, he observed something that appeared to be hunched down, and then stood up. The driver then observed a very tall muscular creature.

At this point, the driver had his high beams on and watched as the creature walked in front of a yellow reflective road sign, then crossed the two lane road in three long steps and continued into a wooded area. What he saw was a humanoid figure that stood at least 8 feet tall that appeared to have smooth leather-like skin that was of either a darker tan or light brown color.

The creature never looked at the witness, and was only observed from its side. The head appeared to be flat in the front section, and then rounded out. “At the top back of skull, it was like one of those aerodynamic helmets. The top was not quite a point, but looked like a ridge on top of the head.” The face was flat, and the eyes were not clearly defined, but the man thought that they might have been pointed in the corner. The ear that was observed on the left side was long and flat, and came up and back and was pointed backwards like a flap.

The arms were muscular and a little longer than that of a human. The hands looked more like a claw, but the number of fingers was unclear. One physical trait that stood out were the extremely muscular legs. The witness stated that it was hard to explain, but the legs did not move like that of a human, and “looked like they bent backwards.” The witness also saw what appeared to be wings on its back which were tucked into its body, with the wing tips extending toward the side of its head.

No unusual sounds or smells where noticed during the observation which was estimated to have been about 7-8 seconds. As the motorist approached the location where the creature entered the woods, it could no longer be seen. The next day the witness decided to drive back to the location of the encounter to look for any evidence. The ground conditions were not suitable for tracks, and nothing was found. The witness did, however, measure the road sign that the creature had walked in front of. The sign was just over 8 feet high, and the head of the creature was estimated to have reached about 4 inches above the sign.

Stan notes later sightings reported to other investigators:
Since that initial report that I received concerning this strange encounter, it has been learned that other local residents from that same area also reported seeing a similar unknown creature. Dan Hageman, Director of BORU (Butler Organization of Research on the Unexplained), also received several reports from that same time period and general location. The following are some of the BORU summary reports on these incidents:

March 26, 2011 - Kepple’s Corner - Two witnesses were driving to Butler when they witnessed a dark tan, 8 feet tall winged entity. The face appeared smashed in. It had a muscular body and a head that went to a point. The arms were long and it appeared to have claws for fingers. When it crossed the road it seemed to lope with each stride. The witnesses stopped the car in shock and sat there until another car came and they had to move. The witness is willing to take a lie detector test to prove what he saw.

March, 2011 - East Brady - A witness was riding his motorcycle two miles past a custard stand and saw a large animal. It was bent over as if looking for something. As the witness got to within 75 feet of the creature it stood up. It was at least 8-9 feet tall, and the arms hung down below its knees. The skin looked like leather and it was very dark. Its eyes were swept up in the corners and it had a pointed head. It was very muscular and looked like it had wings on the side of its head. It also appeared angry. The creature then bolted into the woods. The witness stated that if anything it was straight from hell and it needed to go back.

March, 2011- Rimersburg - Two witnesses had just left the ice cream stand headed for Rimersburg and noticed something crossing the road. They came to within about 35 feet of the creature. They stated that it was at least 9 feet tall and had dark brown skin, long arms and broad shoulders. It had a pointed head, flat forehead, and pointed ears and what appeared to be wings on its back. The body was extremely muscular and there were four finger-like claws on each hand. The eyes were squinted but swept upwards at the corners. As the creature turned, the whole body would turn. The movement of the arms was not normal. The mouth looked like a slit. The wings looked like see-through mesh and resembled wings on a bat. The claws were black as coal. The witness stated that this thing was straight from hell.

There is information coming in that a similar creature has been reportedly seen again in the same general areas of Butler County since about mid-July of 2012. Campers and others are rumored to have seen a strange large winged creature.

ALL KNOWN SIGHTINGS WERE CONCENTRATED IN THE CIRCLE AREA

Here is the report I received from the original witness and his subsequent sightings:
Lon

About two weeks later (2 weeks after March 18, 2011, the original sighting) I was driving on the same road in the opposite direction. It was just after daylight. Not even a mile from initial spot of first sighting, I witnessed on my left in a field the same creature hunched down about 10 feet beside a round bale of hay. Even hunched down this thing was about 3 feet taller than the bale. It was looking straight at me. I did not notice any glowing or strangeness to its eyes. In the light of the morning and being to the west side of the bale it had a gray cast to it. It's hands/claws were black and down on the ground like you would see a gargoyle statue. There was not any snow on the ground, just the hay field and round bales.

I slowed down and watched it. The wings were partially seen on it's back above the shoulders, just like a gargoyle statue.

About a month after that I witnessed it next to a wooded area in a hollow about 500 yards from previous sighting. It was going into the woods around dusk. I saw it from the side and then its back as it entered the woods.

I know others have seen it as well. I intentionally left out details of my first sighting. I did not report my second or third sightings in order to wait and see if anyone else would report it. And if they did, what they had seen. I was hoping I was not the only one to see it. Turns out many people have seen it and a few reported it.

When I had my sighting I did not know where or who to report something like this to. After a search on internet I found Stan Gordon's web site, so I asked him not to give out my name. I have heard from locals in the area that it's been seen for years.

There are many farms in this location and a family had a history of something going on, but never told too many people about it. I even did some research into the sightings. There are newspaper reports going way back of this. It's the same area the historic “Chicora Meteor” explosion took place. Although not related I did find out that in the 70’s there had been a bunch of sightings of this and a hair creature that is still seen north of there.

It was great to talk on the phone and know I am not the only one seeing these things. I am still looking into it. I had not been a paranormal or weird creature person. But after this, I have been trying to figure out what it is. RK

Wyoming Reptilian Encounter

We have posted several reptilian reports here and up to now they have been mostly in the form of informed whistle blowing rather than random accidental sightings.  Yet we have also had a couple of those as well.

This is a really good accidental sighting and it conforms to expectations.  Recall that we understand the reptilians as an earth evolved intelligent species that prefers to live deep underground in artificial habitats.  We actually have the technology now to do that as well if we so choose.

The reptilian is packing a weapon for his personal protection and sensibly stuns the witness who is packing a weapon of his own.  That is the extent of the interaction.  It is all very reasonable.

I suspect that the reptilians are now working toward a peaceful reemergence onto the surface for the purpose of trade and commerce and sharing.  This is particularly true if the reports of actual contact and training are correct.  The real problem is the introductory shock to humanity.

Reptilian Encounter at Brooks Lake, WY

Wednesday, March 26, 2014

I recently received the following statement:

I am sending this experience and you will be the second person I have ever told about this. The first person went back here the summer after I told him about this and has NEVER talked to me about my story or his trip back there. We slowly lost contact over time and I think this is the reason why.

In 1978 I was Elk hunting west of a town called Dubois in Wyoming. I was on my way back to town for a hot meal, gas and restock my food supplies, as I was camping in a tent in the back country. I was on the highway going west of town coming in and found a man wearing only hunting shoes, heavy shirt and goose down vest. In Wyoming in the middle of October then this was definitely under dressed! They day time temps were at a high of the 30's at best, and nights were in single digits or lower. Well he got out in the road and started waving his arms wildly and begging stop, I saw his eyes had trail of tears on his face trailing down in the dirt on it. I pulled over to the side of the deserted road to see what his problem was, I thought it might be a wreck on the icy spots of the highway. Little did I know this would change my life thinking and the way I hunted by myself up here forever....

He ran to my side of the pickup and I could see he was very scared about something. He grasped the pickup and begged me with tears in his eyes to take him to town. I couldn't say no to this man, I asked him if he was in a wreck or something he said "No just please get me out of here, I need to go somewhere safe." I thought odd that he would say this and as I had my right hand on a pistol in my lap (guys you never know) I said to get in. He looked around at the treeline along the roadway and again ran to the passenger side of the pickup. As he was coming around the truck I put the pistol in in a side pocket of the door and he got inside and locked the door and made sure the window was up, again watching the treeline, "Go please" was all he said. I started back towards town and I then noticed the scratches on his face, clothes and hands and his whole body was shaking. After we went a couple of miles he somewhat slowed down on rechecking the treeline and passenger rear view mirror.

"You O.K. buddy?" I asked, he stared at me for many seconds and just broke down crying like a little kid. "Yah, but don't think I'm crazy man, I just had some shit happen and I ain't going back there for nothing, I hope the guys are O.K.". He composed himself some and started to explain:

I am hunting here with two buddies and we always hunt below Brooks Lake when we come to Wyoming. Usually we get Elk or Deer, never go home skunked here, just love it. I was going along a trail I been on many times to get to a small overlook to sit awhile. It was their turn to push (the Elk) to me. I was almost there when I walked past this stand of three trees close together and on the other side was this huge Lizard, it was standing easy over 6 1/2 feet tall, golden/bronze color with a vest and short metallic looking briefs. I could tell it was a male I guess and he had a black thing in its clawed hand. It eyes were like a cats and it had a tail. I just stood there with my rifle in my hands across my chest froze kinda like. I was looking into the face of death, I just know it. I coughed a little and it's arm with the black thing came up so fast I could hardly see it. Something hit my whole body from my feet to my head and I fell back on the ground, I dunno if I flew or fell I just went backwards. It came slowly walking up to me I could hear it and could only move my eyes slightly as it came into view, it just looked down to me it's mouth slightly open making a low hissing sound and it's forked tongue slightly coming out of it's mouth. It's head turned down looking at me and did this for a few minutes, I could hear it breathing, see the nose holes working, see it's chest, muscles tensing and relaxing all over it's body, I was just froze there looking up, I couldn't look at it directly and I couldn't close my eyes very easy either. It's expression never changed only the eyes moved sometimes slow like sometimes so fast you could hardly see 'um. On it's sleeveless shirt it had a kinda O with a smaller, screwy offset Y and Z I think, it finally walked away down the trail. I dunno how long I laid there, from the sun movement it was maybe a couple of hours. I could hear the forest sounds, birds, wind, trees, animals going about their day like nothing happened, I would will my arms or legs to move hell, even fingers. When I could move every muscle in my body ached as I would use it, like after a workout at the gym or something. I knew if I went down hill I would come to the old creek bottom and hopefully not see him again. I did that, I followed it to the canyon bottom and then to the road and you. Thanks again, don't make me get out. I took off my coat, I guess I forgot my rifle, cap, I don't need them. I hope Jake and Bobby are O.K. I heard something following me when I first got up, it was real heavy sounding and would stop when I stopped and once or twice I could hear breathing like "it" did, kinda a raspy wheeze sound. I would start running or walking again, I couldn't rest.

He told me which motel to let him off at and I did, he thanked me many times and got out and went in the office. I never seen him again. I thought about the fantastic story and wondered if true, but it could be right? I didn't hear anything about someone having problems anywhere around town that fall.

I asked about the man the next year at the motel (no one could remember him) and if anyone knew stories about the area, I didn't get specific or anything. I didn't press it. My buddy whom I was close to and explored stuff like this at every opportunity was very interested in my story and the location. He took off up there the next summer for a long weekend, I had to work so couldn't go. I didn't see him until a couple of weeks later. I asked him about it and what he found out. He looked at me and got very serious, "Dude, don't go up there, promise me, O.K.?" Was all he said, I could tell he meant it. I would go with this guy sometimes and he was very analytical and professional when doing things like, taping sounds at cemeteries, exploring ghost haunts, and others. He never acted scared at any time. I have never hunted or been on that side of the highway since then, but have talked to others that have seen large barefoot prints, strange flying stuff or howls over the years since then around the Wind River Mountains for what it's worth. I do like to read about the unknown and sometimes explore it, but, and I mean but, if it just feels wrong before I start. I leave it alone.....

Now when I hunt anywhere I don't fear bears, wolves or other people, but I am weary of what else might be out there, and always let someone know where I go and when I should be back...... A.W.H.

NOTE: A few years ago, I and others received the following quote from a former Dulce Security Officer:

The subterranean highway in America is like a freeway except it's underground. That highway depends on electric motors [for trucks, cars and buses] for the paved roads, and it is for limited travel. There is another style of transit for freight and for passengers that is for rapid travel. That world wide network is called the "Sub-Global System." It has "check points" at each country entry. There ARE shuttle tubes that 'shoot' the trains at incredible speeds using a mag-lev and vacuum method. They travel at a speed that excels the speed of sound. Part of your question involves the location of entrances to that base. The easiest way to answer is to say every state in the U.S.A. has them. Frequently, the entrances are camouflaged as sand quarries, or mining operations. Other complex portals are found on military bases. New Mexico and Arizona have the largest amounts of entrances followed by California, Montana, Idaho, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri. Of all the state's Florida and North Dakota have the least amount of entrances. Wyoming has a road that opens directly into the subterranean freeway. That road is no longer in use, but could be reactivated if they decide to do so, with minimal cost. It's located near Brooks Lake.

I had known of a system of subterranean roadways in New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona...but nothing this far north. I suppose it is possible that other Reptilian sightings around the area of Brooks Lake may have been the reason for the road's closure....subsequent to the closure of an underground base or research facility. Precautionary Principle, Ruin Theory and GMOs

The paper is short and important because it nicely makes rigorous the problem we now face with GMO in particular and with all technologies whose effects are able to either accumulate or replicate.  Bluntly, the statistics are actually working against humanity while the natural methods generally have the statistics working for us.  The problem then becomes black and white with the mere risk of ruin becoming the surety of ruin.

It means that a mistake will be inevitable.  Recall the rat invasion of every island on Earth.  That mistake drove the bulk of bird diversification into outright extinction.  Yes we shot the last few, as we seem to always do, but the rat ate all the eggs and as many chicks as possible.  That is why there were only a few.

Understanding the roosting habits of the passenger pigeon pretty clearly defines their chances against rat infestation.  They actually had massive colonies.

Rational thinking automatically leads to skepticism of GMO safety

Tuesday, March 11, 2014

(NaturalNews) A top scientist and "risk engineering" expert is now publicly warning that GMOs pose a dire, genuine threat to the continuation of life on Earth. Nassim Taleb, author of The Black Swan and Fooled by Randomness, says that GMOs have the potential to cause "an irreversible termination of life at some scale, which could be the planet."

His full explanation is presented in
this public paper which describes how even a small risk per crop species can still result in global ecocide if pursued with abandon. As Taleb explains, "The risk of ruin is not sustainable, like a resource that gets
depleted in the long term (even in the short term). By the ruin theorems, if you incur a tiny probability of ruin, as a "one-off" risk, survive it, then repeat the exposure, you will eventually
go bust with probability 1." (Where "probability 1" means a 100% chance.)

Rational thinking automatically leads to skepticism of GMO safety
This sober, scientific conclusion is of course entirely rational and founded in clear thinking. Self-deluded GMO zealots and paid Monsanto trolls predictably try to gloss over these risks in their quest for profits and power, but that does not mean such risks do not exist.

In fact, as Taleb convincingly argues, genetically engineered crops are specifically designed to have a survival advantage over conventional crops, allowing them to better resist droughts or infestations of pests or weeds. This survival advantage -- if it's as real as seed manipulators claim -- means genetically engineered plants can out-compete non-GMO crops in open fields. The genetic pollution which is already underway across North America will only get worse, therefore, and there's no reversing it because all living systems -- even genetically engineered ones -- have a natural drive to spread, multiply and survive.

The result is that GMO crops will out-compete and thereby displace non-GMO crops over time. Why does this matter? Because the rise of GMOs is nearly synonymous with the collapse of genetic diversity in seeds and food crops. You don't have to go back very far in history to find examples of mono-cultured food crops failing due to lack of genetic diversity, either:

- The Irish Potato Famine of 1845-1852 was caused by over-reliance on a genetically narrow food crop. Shockingly, one-third of the Irish population relied on a single crop, and when potato blight (a fungal microorganism) successfully attacked the crop, over one million people died from starvation.

- The current
crisis in world banana production is caused because nearly all commercial banana trees are genetically identical clones.

- The
near-collapse of Florida citrus due to disease is also caused by a striking lack of genetic diversity across citrus orchards.
A loss of genetic diversity is a pathway to global disease and starvation

Any legitimate scientist in the fields of anthropology, genetics or agriculture will warn you that low genetic diversity is the first step toward crisis and collapse of any given population. When genetic diversity is lost, the entire species becomes vulnerable to being wiped out by epidemic disease.

This principle is irrefutable and widely recognized as truth among nearly all scientifically-literate thinkers... except those pushing GMOs, of course. Those denialists selectively edit "scientific truth" to exclude any concerns that might question the wisdom of displacing the world's treasure of seed diversity with corporate-patented seeds. The Precautionary Principle is gladly thrown out the window when corporate profits are to be realized from doing so.

Transgenic GMOs could cause catastrophic ecocide
Beyond the loss of genetic diversity, Taleb is also concerned about the possibility of catastrophic transgenic effects which could somehow weaken the world's food crops in ways human scientists never intended or anticipated. Murphy's Law -- which states that if something can go wrong, it will -- is widely recognized as a frustrating truth across physics, medicine, computer science and space exploration. Yet it is magically and irrationally declared null and void only for GMOs, where the roll of the dice quite literally threatens the sustainability of future life on our planet.

As Taleb explains, even if the chance of any single genetically engineered crop going wild and unleashing global crop failures is very small, the fact that companies like Monsanto and DuPont seek to dominate the global seed supply by perpetually releasing more and more genetically engineered crops means that sooner or later, a genetic catastrophe is all but inevitable.

If you play Russian Roulette every weekend, in other words, and there really is a live round in one of the gun's chambers, sooner or later you are bound to blow your brains out. This is true even if the revolver has 1000 chambers (with 999 of them empty) so that the odds of losing seem incredibly small each time you play. (Interestingly, Taleb uses this exact same illustration in his paper...)

As Taleb also explains in his paper, the cost of losing is so great that even tiny odds of failure may not be acceptable. After all, we're talking about the entire future of life on our planet.

GMOs may unleash mass global crop failures followed by starvation and disease

I warned about precisely this issue two years ago in my "Murdered by Science" series of articles which discussed how careless applications of science are putting the very existence of the human race at risk. (And for the record, I am not anti-science. I am 100% pro-science when the Precautionary Principle is honored.)

Those articles, widely derided by prostitute scientists paid by corporations to troll the web and attack reason, are in fact even more urgent to read today, in 2014. In those articles, I pointed out that GMOs are in the most extreme class of pollutants because they are self-replicating. While chemical spills can eventually be cleaned up, and even heavy metals can be remediated over time, genetically engineered DNA that escapes into the wild can never be put back into a box.

Self-replicating pollution is the worst class of pollution, far exceeding even the risk of nuclear accidents wiping out humankind. "As humans, we are ill equipped to understand the mathematics behind such risks," writes Taleb. And he's correct: human brains are not hard-wired to fully grasp the long-term implications of self-replicating pollution. In the same way, most people are utterly incapable of accurately imagining the long-term outcomes of compounded interest -- a phenomenon which eerily reflects the spread of self-replicating pollution.

How dishonest science fools the uneducated masses
Because humans are not hard-wired to grasp the long-term risks of self-replicating pollution (as posed by genetically engineered crops), it is all too easy for paid prostitute-scientists to pull the wool over the eyes of the public and falsely claim GMOs present no risks whatsoever. This is why every single scientist who is currently promoting GMOs is, in fact, a threat to the continuation of human life on our planet. By deceiving the public and glossing over the very real threats to life posed by GMOs, they directly contribute to the spread of GMO genetic pollution which may end in genuine catastrophe and massive loss of life.

Imagine the global collapse of all GM corn crops. Or imagine the collapse of global soy production. Every crop which is GMO has some risk of being wiped out in a catastrophic manner caused by the un-natural manipulation of the crop's genetic code.

The history of scientific advancement, of course, is rife with huge failures to foresee unintended consequences. Perhaps the most important example of that is found in the current rise of superbugs across modern hospitals. Utterly unforeseen by the world's top scientists and pharmacological researchers, superbugs have now risen to such prominence in our health care system that even the CDC has warned that
the age of antibiotics is over.

Superbugs, in fact, were a product of antibiotics. As drug companies churned out the drugs to "beat disease" -- and doctors prescribed those drugs to hundreds of millions of patients worldwide -- the perfect environment was created for the nurture and spread of antibiotic-resistant superbugs, many of which are fatal to patients.

I personally knew three people who were killed in U.S. hospitals by superbug infections. Superbugs are the new death pandemic in America, and they are currently
killing 48,000 Americans each year. They were unleashed by scientists who had no intention of causing death and destruction. Rather, those scientists working on antibiotics genuinely believed they were saving lives with no downside. At first, it all seemed true -- antibiotics inarguably saved many lives early on. But now, antibiotics are in fact the reason why deadly superbugs have escaped the reach of modern medicine and genuinely threaten the human race with incurable infections.

Scientists are not immune to making catastrophic mistakes that cause massive death
The superbugs lesson desperately needs to be understood by the self-deluded prostitute-scientists currently pushing GMOs. Importantly, they need to swallow their arrogance for just long enough to understand that your INTENTION does not control the long-term effects of your ACTIONS.

Just because you wish for GMOs to "feed the world" does not mean they will. In fact, positive intentions can and do frequently blind scientists to the downsides of their own innovations. In example after example, scientists who believed they were pursuing technology for the betterment of humankind ended up inadvertently contributing to mass death and destruction.

The Manhattan Project, anyone?

But at least the dropping of atomic bombs on civilian populations in Japan was a catastrophe that could be contained. The damage, although immense, was limited and could not mysteriously multiply itself over time. GMOs, on the other hand, are like seeds of mass destruction because they can replicate, spread and conquer.

So controlling them may not be possible once they are unleashed. And they have already been unleashed. Genetic pollution is now widespread across our agricultural landscape, and the vast majority of organic farms in the USA have experienced some level of contamination from genetically engineered crops.

Why so few people are capable of rationally discussing the ecological risks of GMOs
In a very real sense, most human beings are cognitively incapable of participating in any rational discussion of these issues. This includes most scientists, by the way, who are themselves just as vulnerable to peer influences and false mythologies as anyone else. In the name of "science," far too many scientists today merely embarrass themselves by pushing obscenely silly arguments in defense of GMOs, claiming utterly stupid things like, "humans have tinkered with the genetic code of plants for thousands of years. Genetic engineering is no different."

Although this is the most frequently-invoked argument by GMO denialists, it is blatantly idiotic and grossly deceptive from the start. Selective breeding of various phenotypes within the genetic pool of a given species in no way equates to cross-species DNA manipulation which combines insect or soil genes with plant genes. Any person who even attempts to equate these two concepts does nothing more than affix a giant "DUNCE" sticker to their own foreheads. (And yes, numerous scientists invoke this silly argument every single day, across the mainstream media.)

Taleb also addresses this same issue head-on in his public paper, explaining:

Top-down modifications to the system (through GMOs) are categorically and statistically different from bottom up ones (regular farming, progressive tinkering with crops, etc.) There is no comparison between the tinkering of selective breeding and the top-down engineering of taking a gene from an organism and putting it into another. Saying that such a product is natural misses the statistical process by which things become "natural."

The abandonment of caution in the quest for profits

The next idiotic argument put forth by desperate prostitute-scientists is that GMOs aren't dangerous because there's no evidence they are dangerous. As stupid as this sounds, it is also the faith-based argument of the chemical industry which insists "all chemicals are safe until such time as they are proven dangerous."

If this ass-awkwards logic sounds familiar, it's because it is also invoked by the processed food industry in claiming that all food additives, preservatives and chemicals are inherently safe unless and until they are proven dangerous.

What all this non-logic has in common is an illogical presumption of safety. This has always been the argument of the mass poisoners of our world. Regardless of the poison being discussed -- BPA, mercury fillings, pesticide chemicals, DDT, toxic heavy metals, triclosan, MSG and more -- its corporate backers have consistently and predictably hired swaths of prostitute-scientists to declare the substance to be "safe until proven otherwise."
The tragic lesson of lead arsenate pesticides
This presumption of safety sooner or later ends very badly. For over a hundred years, the heavy metals pesticide lead arsenate was "presumed safe." Made primarily of lead and arsenic, it was indeed very effective at killing pests that threatened food crops. So farmers across North America and around the world sprayed it on their food crops, producing amazing quantities of food... at first, anyway.

Before long, the lead and arsenic bio-accumulated in agricultural soils, poisoning the trees that produced the food as well as the customers who ate it. To this day, soils across the world remain heavily poisoned by these deadly heavy metals, which is one of the reasons why so many superfood products sold today contain such high levels of heavy metals (see the
Natural News Forensic Food Lab results for examples).

Lead arsenate -- just like GMOs -- was "presumed safe" because it didn't cause immediate death to anyone. According to corporate-sponsored prostitute-scientists, anything that doesn't kill you within seconds is automatically presumed to be safe. All long-term implications of the chemical or technology are willfully swept under the rug and ignored. Corporations lean on government regulators until the cover-up becomes policy. At that point, both government and industry become active collaborators in the mass poisoning of the human race.

And that's the whole point of my breakthrough article,
The Battle For Humanity is Nearly Lost which covers this collusion in more detail.

In conclusion: No self-replicating technology can be presumed safe if we hope to survive

I am of the opinion, by the way, that human civilization will not survive the next 100 years. Our species is too shortsighted, too driven by greed and too easily manipulated to survive its own corporate-led destruction. The quest for short-term profits blinds nearly everyone to long-term implications. The fact that the masses are already heavily poisoned by this very process makes it nearly impossible for the public consciousness to achieve sufficient lucidity to halt the quickening pace of self-destruction.

So in one sense, I only write this out of a fondness for galactic amusement, not out of any real hope that humanity can save itself from destruction via heavy metals, synthetic chemicals, pharmaceuticals and GMOs. But on the off chance that I am wrong in my prediction of humanity's demise, if we are to survive as a species, such survival will necessitate the global embracing of the Precautionary Principle across all realms of science and technology.

Because even if we halt Monsanto and agree to have all the criminal biotechnology scientists halted from committing ecocide, we are all very likely going to be overrun by artificial intelligence before the year 2050, regardless of what else happens in agriculture or synthetic chemicals. Just as with GMOs, today's most brilliant computer scientists are wholly incapable of understanding the long-term implications of the race for conscious machines and advanced AI tech. The result will almost certainly be that humans will invent the technologies that destroy humanity, and we will all go down in history as the race of sentient beings who were smart enough to invent amazing
