Lawsuit Filed Against Merck For Lying To Doctors & Moms About The HPV Gardasil Vaccine

You have been lied to a lot for these past one hundred years with faux science and outright data suppression.  Here the battle to end this commercial tyranny continues.

We have all been brainwashed young to believe in vaccines.  Thus we have a market funded by government fiat.  Nice.  What might go wrong?   What has gone wrong over and over again is the science.

With the ambiguous exception of small pox vaccine using cow pox which is an almost natural protocol, the rest have mostly been cooked.  Recall the advance of successful indoor plumbing came about during the first half of the twentieth century as a universal application.  Washing our hands became easy and elinmination of human waste did  as well.  Thus biological contamination became actually difficult.

That meant that our immune systems could not be easily overwelmed.  There was still vulnerabilities but even they are properly addressed through educatiuon.

The whole VACCINE MEME needs a comple rework.

Lawsuit Filed Against Merck For Lying To Doctors & Moms About The HPV Gardasil Vaccine

IN BRIEF

The Facts:

A 19 year old woman has filed a lawsuit against pharmaceutical giant Merck, alleging that the company misled the FDA, legislators, doctors and moms about the safety and efficacy of its Gardasil vaccine and caused her permanent injuries.
Reflect On:

According to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), more than 64,000 reports of adverse events have been reported after people received the Gardasil vaccine. Only one percent of vaccine injuries are reported. Why mandate this vaccine?

What Happened: The national law firm of Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman filed a lawsuit on August 19th against pharmaceutical giant, Merck, on behalf of a 19-year old woman who is alleging the company misled the FDA, legislators, doctors and moms about the safety and efficacy of its Gardasil vaccine. According to Children’s Health Defense, “The lawsuit asserts Merck purposely downplayed the risk of Gardasil’s ingredients, including a proprietary aluminum compound (a potent neurotoxin) and secret and potentially hazardous DNA particles.” The plaintiffs name is Julia Balasco, and she is alleging that she suffered and continues to suffer “severe and permanent physical injuries such as an autoimmune disease known as postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) after receiving multiple injections of the human papillomavirus (HPV) Gardasil vaccine.”

Attorneys Bijan Esfandiari, Nicole K. H. Maldonado, Michael L. Baum, co-counsel Robert F. Kennedy, Jr and local counsel Christopher E. Hultquist of Hultquist Law in Providence, filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island on behalf of Ms. Balasco, who alleges her vaccine injuries were so severe and debilitating, she was physically unable to attend most of high school. The case number is 1:20-cv 00364.

Apparently, Merck failed to properly test Gardasil before the HPV vaccine was fast-tracked and then administered to millions of young girls and boys throughout the world. Furthermore, Merck knew or had reason to know that its vaccine was not even effective but did not warm the medical community nor the public. “The company wrongfully concealed information and further made false statements concerning the safety and efficacy of Gardasil.”

Why This Is Important: This is important because it’s not an isolated incident. Injuries as a result of HPV vaccination have happened quite a bit, and that includes deaths. The HPV vaccine has constantly come under the scrutiny of published peer-reviewed science by a number of independent researchers.

For example, a study published in Clinical Rheumatology exposes how vaccine manufacturers used phoney placebos in clinical trials to conceal a wide range of devastating risks associated with HPV vaccines. Instead of using genuine inert placebos and comparing health impacts over a number of years, as is required for most new drug approvals, Merck and GlaxoSmithKline spiked their placebos with a neurotoxic aluminum adjuvant and cut observation periods to a matter of months.

Mary Holland, Mary Holland, J.D., who recently retired as the directer of the NYU School of Law actually published a book about this type activity by big pharma. The book is called “The HPV Vaccine On Trial: Seeking Justice For A Generation Betrayed.”

Again, there are multiple examples of HPV vaccine injuries, which is why Japan, for example, stopped recommending it. “Sacrificial Virgins” is one of multiple films to tackle an issue that continues to largely go unacknowledged and it provides more examples.

Jennifer Robi is a 24-year-old former athlete and scholar who has been confined to a wheelchair since receiving her third Gardasil vaccines at age sixteen. She suffers continual uncontrolled neuro/muscular contractions (jerking) and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and many other symptoms of systemic autoimmune dysregulation. You can read more about that story here.

A new study published in The Royal Society of Medicine is one of multiple studies over the years that has emerged questioning the efficacy of the HPV vaccine. The researchers conducted an appraisal of published phase 2 and 3 efficacy trials in relation to the prevention of cervical cancer and their analysis showed “the trials themselves generated significant uncertainties undermining claims of efficacy” in the data they used. The researchers emphasized that “it is still uncertain whether human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination prevents cervical cancer as trials were not designed to detect this outcome, which takes decades to develop.” The researchers point out that the trials used to test the vaccine may have “overestimated” the efficacy of the vaccine. The authors point out that it was even questionable whether or not the vaccine prevents pre-cancerous lesions, let alone cancer. You can read more about this specific story here.

In fact, there is evidence suggesting that cervical cancer rates have increased since the introduction of the vaccine, and we already know that if a woman has been exposed to an HPV infection before the vaccine, their chances of developing cancer from the vaccine increase by nearly 50 percent.

I also recently wrote about The mother and father of Christopher Bunch, at the time a 14 year old boy, who claim that he died as a direct result of the HPV vaccine. The family recently received a letter back from Merck, the manufacturer of the vaccines. You can read more about that story here.

Another one we’ve written about is Colton Barrett, who took his own life after being unable to cope with his Gardasil vaccine injuries. You can read more about that and watch an interview with him here.

A study published in 2013 in Current Pharmaceutical Design carried out a review of HPV vaccine pre- and post-licensure trials to assess the evidence of their effectiveness and safety. They found that:

HPV vaccine clinical trials design, and data interpretation of both efficacy and safety outcomes, were largely inadequate. Additionally, we note evidence of selective reporting of results from clinical trials (i.e., exclusion of vaccine efficacy figures related to study subgroups in which efficacy might be lower or even negative from peer-reviewed publications). Given this, the widespread optimism regarding HPV vaccines long-term benefits appears to rest on a number of unproven assumptions (or such which are at odds with factual evidence) and significant misinterpretation of available data.

For example, the claim that HPV vaccination will result in approximately 70% reduction of cervical cancers is made despite the fact that the clinical trials data have not demonstrated to date that the vaccines have actually prevented a single case of cervical cancer (let alone cervical cancer death), nor that the current overly optimistic surrogate marker-based extrapolations are justified. Likewise, the notion that HPV vaccines have an impressive safety profile is only supported by highly flawed design of safety trials and is contrary to accumulating evidence from vaccine safety surveillance databases and case reports which continue to link HPV vaccination to serious adverse outcomes (including death and permanent disabilities).

We thus conclude that further reduction of cervical cancers might be best achieved by optimizing cervical screening (which carries no such risks) and targeting other factors of the disease rather than by the reliance on vaccines with questionable efficacy and safety profiles.

Children’s Health Defense explains:

Julia’s symptoms after receiving Gardasil, are far from unique. According to data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), more than 64,000 case reports of adverse events have been reported after individuals received the Gardasil vaccine. Experts estimate that only one percent of vaccine adverse events are actually reported.

According to the complaint, Gardasil now has more reported injuries than any other vaccine, and the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has paid out millions of dollars in damages for Gardasil-induced injuries and deaths.

Gardasil is also the most expensive vaccine on the market; two doses of Gardasil 9 presently cost about $450, plus the cost of two office visits. In 2018, Merck made $2.2 billion from Gardasil sales in the U.S. alone. In 2019, Merck made $3.7 billion in worldwide Gardasil revenue.

Then we have the issue of aluminum, which the HPV vaccine has much of.

Many people claim that the amount of aluminum we take in from other sources is greater than the aluminum in vaccines, but fail to realize that the aluminum we take into our body from vaccines may not exit our body. Professor Christopher Shaw from the University of British Columbia in Canada explains that injected aluminum doesn’t come into the same methods of excretion as the aluminum we take in from food, for example. When we inject aluminum, it stays in the body, it may cross the blood brain barrier, enter into cells and various organs in the body.

When you inject aluminum, it goes into a different compartment of your body. It doesn’t come into that same mechanism of excretion. So, and of course it can’t because that’s the whole idea of aluminum adjuvants, aluminum adjuvants are meant to stick around and allow that antigen to be presented over and over and over again persistently, otherwise you wouldn’t put an adjuvant in in the first place. It can’t be inert, because if it were inert it couldn’t do the things it does. It can’t be excreted because again it couldn’t provide that prolonged exposure of the antigen to your immune system. – Dr. Christopher Shaw – Canadian neuroscientist and professor of ophthalmology at the University of British Columbia (source)

In 2018, shaw published a paper in the Journal of Inorganic Biochemistry that found almost 100 percent of the intramuscularly injected aluminum in mice as vaccine adjuvants was absorbed into the systemic circulation and traveled to different sites in the body such as the brain, the joints, and the spleen where it accumulated and was retained for years post-vaccination. (source)

A group of scientists from multiple countries recently published a paper in the Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology titled “The role of aluminum adjuvants in vaccines raises issues that deserve independent, rigorous and honest science.” In their publication, they provide evidence for their position that “the safety of aluminium-based vaccine adjuvants, like that of any environmental factor presenting a risk of neurotoxicity and to which the young child is exposed, must be seriously evaluated without further delay, particularly at a time when the CDC is announcing a still increasing prevalence of autism spectrum disorders, of 1 child in 54 in the USA.”

A study published in 2015 emphasized that:

Evidence that aluminum-coated particles phagocytozed in the injected muscle and its draining lymph nodes can disseminate within phagocytes throughout the body and slowly accumulate in the brain further suggests that alum safety should be evaluated in the long term.

You can read more specifically about aluminum, here.

The Takeaway: At the end of the day it’s quite clear that vaccines are not a one size fits all product, this is why evident by the fact that nearly $4 billion has been paid out to families of vaccine injured children via the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA). As astronomical as the monetary awards are, they’re even more alarming considering that only an estimated 1% of vaccine injuries are even reported to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS).

If the numbers from VAERS are correct – only 1% of vaccine injuries are reported and only 1/3 of the petitions are compensated – then up to 99% of vaccine injuries go unreported and the families of the vast majority of people injured by vaccines are picking up the costs, once again, for vaccine makers’ flawed products. According to a MedAlerts search of the FDA Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database, as of 2/5/19, the cumulative raw count of adverse events from measles, mumps, and rubella vaccines alone was: 93,929 adverse events, 1,810 disabilities, 6,902 hospitalizations, and 463 deaths.

These are liability free products that are being mandated on us. Should freedom of choice not always remain when it comes to substances we put into our own body? Are unvaccinated children and people really a threat to vaccinated ones?

These are important questions to ask and answer. Perhaps what we are being told and marketed heavily with is not always true.

Liberal Folly Will Have Unintended Consequences By Paul Craig Roberts

This is a reminder.  THe left is attempting to launch a Marxist revolution in the USA and elsewhere as well.  We see it happening.  The consequences are always awful.

If they succeed in destroying what they intend the blow back will include mass executions of Marxists as a certainty.  Their inability to create a successor regime htat works has been proven over and over.

The stage has now been set for a full counter revolution against these Marxists.  It must include emptying the schools of those stupid enough to drink the koolaid.  It will mean a mass reduction in the so called liberal arts whose attention to intellectual rigor has waned.

Let us demand STEM positions and honours classics able to support the teaching fraternity.

Liberal Folly Will Have Unintended Consequences

August 27, 2020

In his 1978 book, Bonaparte, Correlli Barnett deconstructs Napoleon so thoroughly that it reads like a carricature of Napoleon’s critics. The great general’s victories are explained away as the results of the blunders of his opponents. Napoleon was saved time and again by the mistakes of his adversaries. Barnett does not explain how a man who never made a good decision dominated Europe for two decades. If Napoleon prevailed time and again despite his bad decisions, what was the quality of his opponents?

Barnett’s Napoleon comes across as an American neoconservative who seeks hegemony via violence and not diplomacy. Napoleon’s diplomatic incapacity lost Spain and Portugal to the English and tied down a huge French army in Spain to no effect.

The British do not like Napoleon because he, like Hitler, constituted a grave threat to Britain’s hegemony over the European continent. But Barnett goes to such length in exposing myths of Napoleon’s capabilities that it removes all the glory of Wellington’s victory at Waterloo.

Actually, Napoleon wasn’t defeated by Wellington at Waterloo. According to another English historian, David Howarth in his 1968 book, Waterloo: Day of Battle, Napoleon was sidelined by an extremely painful bladder infection and could not concentrate for more than 3 minutes at a time. The battle was conducted by Napoleon’s Marshall Ney who did not adhere to Napoleon’s instructions, some have said in an act of treason. It was Ney who defeated Napoleon by committing France’s last reserves just prior to the unexpected return of the Prussians under Blucher, who had been driven from the field the previous day by Napoleon.

Barnett dismisses Napoleon as a tyrant and an egoist. But Napoleon rose from the failure of the French Revolution. When the social structure that upholds a society is destroyed by revolution, the vacuum is filled by whoever can best use power. In the Russian Revolution this was Lenin. In the French Revolution it was Napoleon.

Napoleon became France. He was the government. The inability of his beloved wife Josephine to deliver an heir endangered France, which could fall again into internal strife or to which the Bourbons could be restored by the English. Barnett’s conclusion that Napoleon’s divorce of Josephine was “one of the most selfish and dishonourable actions of his life” is untrue. Napoleon gave up his happiness and life of memories with Josephine in order to produce stability and continuity for the French empire by marrying an Austrian princess who delivered the heir. Of course, it was all for nothing when Napoleon’s willfulness sent him marching off into Russia.

Why am I writing about Napoleon? Because reading Barnett brought to mind that revolutions never achieve their ends. They destroy a civilization. The result is chaos into which power steps and becomes the basis of government.

Unlike the French and Russian revolutions, the so-called American revolution did not overthrow an established order. The American revolutionaries merely evicted the British tax collector and took that role for themselves. The same society and law prevailed. Life went on as usual. It was not a real revolution. British rule ended, but the society was not overthrown.

Today the US is susceptible to revolution. Jobs offshoring has destroyed America’s economic vitality. Living standards are falling, and homelessness is rising. Debt service drains the remaining resources. The country has become racially diverse and divided by Identity Politics. The white liberal-left segment is alienated from, and critical of, the country’s history which they portray in the most unfavorable light. The result is a loss of confidence on the part of the original white population and growing assertiveness of “oppressed” people of color. White Americans are being margainalized just as were their counterparts in France and Russia. In the US today, there is more weakness than strength in the bonds that make a cohesive society. Today we are experiencing the total failure of enculturation of Western elites in Westerm culture. Among the elites, Cultural Marxism’s march through the institutions has succeeded in destroying the structure of belief that upholds society.

When Louis 16th called the Estates-General in 1789, he did not expect to be beheaded. When Russian liberals pressured the Tsar during WW I for a constitutional republic, they did not understand that they were destroying the structure of belief in the society, much less expect Lenin to be the result. There are always unintended consequences. The folly of America’s white liberals will produce its own unintended consequences.

Long-awaited Celera 500L 'bullet' plane is finally revealed

Long-awaited Celera 500L 'bullet' plane is finally revealed

Maureen O'Hare, CNN • Updated 28th August 2020
FacebookTwitterEmail

This bird is phenomenal and obsoletes the entire private jet fleet, which has been stuck using decades old designs.

This bird ends all that and likely starts a gold rush on new far better jets.  Obviously a private jet matching the capabilities of commercial fying is a game changer.

Design and approval technology is now completely fast tracked as demonstrated by our rapidly advancing rocket tech.

This is an initial six man carrier that can easily be expanded to twenty as well.  All this makes cities minutes away.  A train takes you now to the airport in thirty minutes.  A quick walk to your private jet and you are away.  Better yet this will likely be able to use local fields as well.  That used to be common with prop plane systems but this again changes this all out..

(CNN) — The whispers started three years ago.

A mysterious bullet-shaped plane was spotted at the Southern California Logistics Airport near Victorville in April 2017. Its unusual design prompted immediate speculation, with military website The War Zone being the first to report that the aircraft was the work of California-based Otto Aviation -- and that development was very much under wraps.

Now, in the late summer of the strangest year in aviation history, the Celera 500L has finally been revealed to the world, with the launch of a new website and a bunch of very cool new photos.

What we're looking at is a six-person private craft that promises to fly at jet speeds, but with eight times lower fuel consumption, and a range that's twice that of a comparably sized craft.
Bold claims indeed. Otto Aviation says on its website that 31 successful test flights have so far been performed, with aerodynamic efficiency proven in 2019, bolstering its declaration that "the Celera 500L is the most fuel-efficient, commercially viable aircraft in existence."
The company, founded in 2008 and an offshoot of Bill Otto's Otto Laboratories, says that the Celera 500L runs at 18 to 25 miles-per-gallon fuel economy (compared to the 2-3 miles-per-gallon of a comparable jet aircraft).
Then there are the modest $328 hourly operating costs, which are about six times lower, and the generous 4,500-nautical-mile range. Maximum cruise speed is projected to reach more than 460 miles per hour.

Otto Aviation
"Our goal has always been to create a safe and private aircraft that would allow for direct flights in the US at speeds and cost comparable to commercial air travel," company CEO Bill Otto Jr. tells CNN Travel.
The range is such that the Celera 500L would be able to service nearly every city pairing in the United States without refueling.
The reason its aircraft can do all this, says Otto Aviation, is down to laminar flow.
Laminar flow is the minimum drag solution for aircraft surfaces, explains its website, and features smooth layers of airflow with little to no mixing of adjacent layers.
The Celera 500L's fuselage takes advantage of an optimum length-to-width ratio to maximize laminar flow. Laminar shapes are also used for the wings and tail sections.
Inside, the cabin is spacious enough, with its 6 foot 2 (1.88 meters) height and six first-class equivalent seats with customizable configuration.
With its aerodynamic airframe meaning it requires a lot less horsepower to achieve takeoff and cruise speeds, the Celera 500L is powered by the RED A03 engine. It has a liquid-cooled V12 twin six-cylinder bank and, says Otto Aviation, offers best-in-class efficiency. It's certified to operate on Jet A1 and biodiesel.
While the newly unveiled plane is window-free, Otto tells CNN Travel that the passenger version will have windows, and has shared this rendering. "The windows will not have an impact on laminar flow, as they are mounted flush and have the same contours as the exterior shape of the fuselage," he explains.

This rendering shows the passenger version of the Celera 500L.
Otto Aviation
Otto Aviation has completed its first funding rounds and those successful test flights, but they still need to begin the FAA certification process, find a location for a manufacturing facility and create an initial order book. All amidst an industry which has been decimated by a pandemic which has been keeping people in their homes and out of the air.
"Launching amid the current aviation landscape has only bolstered what we aim to provide with the Celera 500L," declares Otto to CNN Travel. "We believe that when the price of private air travel is competitive with commercial air travel, an enormous market opportunity will result."
Celera 500L
Otto Aviation
If the air-taxi market becomes more commercially viable, and more affordable, it's easy to see how it could be attractive to the consumer.
"Of course, we didn't anticipate Covid-19," says Otto, "but there are enhanced market opportunities in being able to afford to fly with only those you choose to. Being able to avoid crowded airports and lines is another big benefit.
"In many cases, individuals and families will be able to charter the Celera 500L at prices comparable to commercial airfares, but with the convenience of private aviation."
Celera XL could have another application as a cargo plane. E-commerce is one of the big winners of the pandemic and with consumers valuing next-day or even same-day delivery, the neat and economical Celera 500L could help facilitate this by flying more direct routes into regional airports.
Celera 500L
Otto Aviation
The company also has visions for the Celera 1000L, whiich is the Celera 500L scaled up 20% while maintaining its laminar flow. This means close to doubling cabin size, allowing more passengers or more freight.
If FAA certification and finding a manufacturing facility goes to plan, we could see the first commercial deliveries of the Celera 500L by 2025.
If air taxis become a reality in the post-Covid era, there are other rivals to the Celera 500L we might one day see in our skies.
Pre-pandemic, Paris announced that it was working with Airbus to introduce flying taxis to the city in time for the 2024 Olympics.
Boston-based Transcend Air is also working on competitively priced city-to-city trips in six-person planes, again with a pre-pandemic launch date of 2024.
And in January this year, Uber and Hyundai revealed they are working on a four-seater electric flying vehicle that can be summoned by app. At that time, the prototype was scheduled to be ready in 2023.
The story has been updated with new information regarding the passenger version of the Celera 500L, which unlike the test plane, will have windows.

Science Is Not About Consensus

That is almost the definition of science.  Science is all about proposing a model separate from the present consensus.

How do we not understand this?

We have a consensus, secured by our understanding of Newtonian Physics that describes the earth and the sun as a compressed body of material whose initial state is described by surface conditions.  Easy to buy into and i certainly diod for most of my life.

Yet the moment i successfully described particle creation, and understood gravity as  well, this all completely changed out.  The new model does not have to be discussed here but what is clear is that is enough to toss the old model in the ashcan.
.

Science Is Not About Consensus

Thu, 08/27/2020 - 21:05

Newsflash; real science is based on facts not “consensus”.

I’m sick and tired of idiots beating me over the head with pseudoscience instead of sticking to the cold, hard facts.

Show me the hard data that standing six feet from someone is necessary.

Show me the hard data that wearing any old rag on my face is going to materially stop the spread of a virus.

Show me the hard data that enjoying fresh air and sunshine outdoors could be an invitation to an early death.

Please, stick to the facts and don’t dare lecture me about the “consensus” and here’s why.

Maybe you’ve heard of Ignaz Semmelweis, an Austrian-Hungarian obstetrician with a prickly personality. If not, you will quickly recognize his contribution to the medical profession with the three words he made famous:

“Wash your hands.”

This was way back in 1847.

Dr. Semmelweis provided hard data clearly demonstrating that once he and his staff began washing their hands and disinfecting equipment between patients the number of infections and deaths dropped dramatically.

Unfortunately, the scientific “consensus” at the time held that there was no benefit to these measures and his advice was almost completely ignored by the learned medical community. In fact, many of his medical peers were incensed with his suggestion that they could be responsible for transmitting illness and disease!

At the time doctors took pride in their soiled gowns as a mark of their industrious work! It was commonplace for doctors who had just completed an autopsy to go to the maternity ward and deliver babies without ever washing up! After all it was the “consensus” and with so many doctors in agreement how could they be wrong?

Dr. Semmelweis died in an insane asylum in 1865 knowing that untold numbers of patients had needlessly suffered and died because the medical community refused to accept his findings and instead chose to follow the “consensus”. Ironically, the same year Dr. Semmelweis died Dr. Joseph Lister, a British surgeon, began building on the work of French microbiologist Louis Pasteur regarding germ theory.

Dr. Lister began experimenting with various means of disinfecting wounds. He instructed surgeons under his responsibility to not only wash their hands with a 5 percent solution of carbolic acid but also wear clean gloves. His work validated Dr. Semmelweis discoveries regarding the value of hygiene and cleanliness in medicine.

Today we all benefit from Dr. Semmelweis groundbreaking work even though he was never recognized for his contribution during his lifetime. The moral to this story is that scientific “consensus” is often wrong. In no way can it justify the hysteria, lockdowns and wealth destruction that is being manufactured by the elites.

The COVID hysteria is emotion based, not fact based. Instead of cold, hard facts backing up the “science” we’re told to shut up and accept the “consensus”. As Dr. Semmelweis discovered the consensus is often wrong.

Technology Monopolies Keep Growing and Winning

Of course.  Global companies are delivering the technological future.  That twenty percent growth merely conforms seven billion folks want what they provide.  THe next one up will be TESLA.  Ignore the naysayers.  Power will cone from somewhere but all need access to an EV.

After that we will have agricultural robots.  This takes the drudgery out of it all.  Everyone will live to participate in a natural AG community with private robots.  Those communities will go on to cover the entire globe making urban sprawl obsolete.

It is also coming very quickly and it is important to postpone old age for all of humanity except the CCP and pedophiles..  No one really can appreciate just how fast.

Technology Monopolies Keep Growing and Winning

Brian Wang | August 27, 2020

Some people are expecting some kind of crash for the big technology stocks. The run in the big technology companies has given Jeff Bezos a net worth over $200 billion.

When you get historically wealthy like Rockefeller or Carnegie then this wealth is usually only lost when the next generation cannot handle it or if governments take it.

Amazon and Facebook are global. The US hearings on the monopoly power looked like there would be no action. If there was a splitting of the companies like the ATT split. The pieces of ATT became more valuable after the split. Jeff Bezos would not control all parts of an Amazon Retail, Amazon Cloud and Amazon Fulfillment but he would continue to own most of them.

Walmart kept growing after it made Sam Walton the richest man in the world. His three main living heirs have a combined $170 billion.

There was no coming back for most mom and pop stores or Sears or KMart.

The rise of Amazon has put Walmart in a trailing position. The Walmart heirs have probably taken dividends and invested in the big technology companies.

Apple is dominant as well. When did people stop expecting the previous cellphone leader Nokia to rise to the competition? At its peak, Nokia was worth over $300 billion. Now it is $28 billion. Apple is worth $2.16 trillion.

The major US technology giants are worth over 50% of all US stocks.

This makes many people argue there is a bubble and they are overpriced. Valuation is not cheap but they still have 20+% growth each year. They also have more information about what people are buying and will be buying. They also are using the money to build more and more technology advantages.

Falling from the top is not easy or simple. Especially if they are at the top because they have the best technology, monopoly advantages and the best people. It was easier to displace the top company if it was an oil company.

People complain about how the top 1% of individuals keep winning. The big technology companies are at the very top of the business and financial food chain.

People and companies very rarely get into the top ten globally via luck. If there was luck involved then they have spent the last ten years solidifying their advantages. Riding along the rise of the technology super-elite has been among the best investment strategies for the last 20 years.

The best investment returns came from the FAANG (Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Google). It was not the SP500.

It seems safe to assume the winners will keep winning

Germany Starts Universal Basic Income Trial

This is promising, not least from its experimental approach.  Maybe we will get actionable results.

No theory of economics is valid until it addresses successfully the issue of poverty.  Povertty applies to the smallest percentage of out population.  Fixing it actually ensures that the rest is doing just dandy.  In fact doing anything else is counter productive.

Gold plated hammers for the military are an accounting entry.  A secure lifeway for the default position in hte population ensures all are successful

Germany Starts Universal Basic Income Trial Giving Some Citizens $1400 A Month For 3 Years

on August 26, 2020

IN BRIEF
The Facts:

A small trial in Germany is set to take place giving participants $1400 a month for three years. They will compare the lives of those who receive it, and the participants who don't.

Reflect On:

Why is the concept of universal basic income rejected by the major political parties in most developed nations? Why do we have a private company like the Federal Reserve printing/creating money at will? Is centralized banking the best way?

What Happened: Germany is starting a universal basic income trial where volunteers will get a $1400 dollar payment every single month as part of a study that will compare the experiences of 120 volunteers who receive it to 1,380 people who won’t. A total of 140,000 people have come together to help fund the study after the idea of a universal basic income continues to gain popularity. Germany is not the only country who has begun such initiatives, Finland also did something similar a few years ago, and proponents of the initiative believe it would improve peoples’ lives and reduce inequality, among other things. Opposition arguments to this type of initiative suggest that it would simply be unaffordable, too expensive and also discourage work.

Jürgen Schupp, who is leading the study, told the German newspaper Der Spiegel that it would improve the debate about universal basic income by producing new scientific evidence.

“The debate about the basic income has so far been like a philosophical salon in good moments and a war of faith in bad times,” he told the newspaper.

Universal basic income is not really supported by any of the major political parties across the globe, especially in Germany.

Why This Is Important: A quote often attributed to Henry Ford reads as follows, “It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.” Isn’t it odd that the financial elite can simply print money at will? How come when we do it it’s called counterfitting, but when they do it it’s called increasing the money supply? These people can literally create money out of thin air, and the more I understand the concept of fractional reserve banking, the more I realize that money is simply a tool to in-slave and control the human race while benefiting a select few. This becomes easier to see when you follow the money.

Do we not have the potential to create something better on our planet? Is money really needed, or could we all come together, cooperate and find a better way? If we are going to use this creation of ours, could it not be used in a better and more efficient way?

“As I followed the money I’ve learned that everything I once believed about money is simply not true.” – Foster Gamble

If you want to learn more about the system, you can refer to this article that goes into more detail: The Real Purpose of the Federal Reserve Banking System.

I believe these questions are important, as many of us have been made to believe that our financial system is for the greater good, and that it’s efficient and the only possible way to operate here on our planet. When it comes to the world of finance, our minds are stuck inside of a box.

When it comes to universal basic income, is it really too expensive? For those who believe it is not feasible, did you know that Mark Skidmore, a Michigan State University economist teamed up with multiple researchers, including Catherine Austin Fitts, former assistant secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and found trillions of unaccounted for dollars missing from housing & D.O.D? Did you know that trillions of dollars are going into “black budget” programs that the president, for example, has no idea about? Did you know that there is no branch or agency of government that can overrule actions that the Federal Reserve takes? It’s simple, if you control the money supply, if you are the printer and the maker of money, you control the population and can create the experience you want humans to live inside.

The researchers found documents indicating a total of $20 trillion of undocumented adjustments had been made, from 1998 to 2015. The original government documents and a report describing the issue can be found here where updates are continually provided.

Imagine if this $21 trillion was allocated to a universal income package? Big financial institutions seem to have no issue with constantly printing money when they need it, but when it comes to concepts of universal income, there are always excuses. Ask yourself, is it really too expensive when this type of misallocation of money is happening?

The problem doesn’t really seem that we don’t have enough money, the issue is that the monetary system is used for control and money is allocated, both legally and illegally, to projects that don’t have the best interests of humanity at hand. The system would work better of the world of finance was not dominated by global elitist agendas seeking control and power. Perhaps it would work better if these people were actually making decisions based on what’s best for humanity.

It’s a complicated topic, a deep one that I would have to go in depth into the fraud, corruption and intentions behind our modern day banking system.

I believe humanity is more than capable of creating a human experience that doesn’t require money. We are extremely advanced, and we already have the means to create an experience where everybody’s basic needs can be met without the requirement for work. This can come as a result of various technological advancements, cooperation not competition, and more.

This is why shifting human consciousness is so paramount.

I believe that solutions exist, yet any type of solution that threatens to uproot our economy and how it currently operates never sees the light of day, and some of these developments are kept from public eye due to ‘national security’ concerns. Today, national security has become an umbrella term to classify technology and information that threatens corporate interests. This is why Julian Assange is in jail.

For example, most countries have an Invention Secrecy Act. Are certain technologies that threaten our current economic system that’s based on the idea that resources are scarce, a threat to scarcity? Is technology that could provide abundance to all hidden from the public simply because they threaten those with large amounts of power? What type of technology is under restriction under the Invention Secrecy Act? We don’t really know, but a previous list from 1971 was obtained by researcher Michael Ravnitzky. Most of the technology listed seems to be related to various military applications. You can view that list HERE.

As Steven Aftergood from the Federation of American Scientists reports:

“The 1971 list indicates that patents for solar photovoltaic generators were subject to review and possible restriction if the photovoltaics were more than 20% efficient. Energy conversion systems were likewise subject to review and possible restriction if they offered conversion efficiencies in “excess of 70-80%.” (source)

You can read more about the Invention Secrecy Act here.

There have been even more efficient developments.

There is significant evidence that scientists since Tesla have known about this energy, but that its existence and potential use has been discouraged and indeed suppressed over the past half century or more. – Dr. Theodor C. Loder, III (source)

What if I told you all of our homes could be powered by nature, without the need to be reliant on the corporation, without the need for gas, coal, oil, fossil fuels etc…These are a few of many examples that would be included in a world that would operate without the need to pay for your life, or services that should be everybody’s birth right.

“Much to my surprise, these concepts have been proven in hundreds of laboratories throughout world and yet they have not really seen the light of day.” – Former NASA astronaut and Princeton physics professor. (source)

There are many examples of this, Paramahamsa Tewari, a physicist and inventor, who won early commendation by Nobel Laureates in physics for his revolutionary Space Vortex Theory, published a paper in Physics Essays (2018) explaining his theory, from which he built an electrical generator capable of achieving over-unity efficiency. You can watch a video of him and his machine here. Why isn’t humanity exploring these concepts that could lift our dependence on big energy corporations and eliminate scarcity of resources, openly, freely and transparently?

Again, energy generation is one of many examples, there are many solutions to all of our issues from food, to environmental degradation and more.

It seems that when it comes to solutions that can help ‘free’ the human race, even just a little bit with the idea of universal basic income, it is sharply opposed by all major political parties, just like it is in Germany.

Any type of bartering system, or monetary system that is controlled by the citizenry, like Bitcoin for example, also always faces harsh opposition, or an attempt to gain control over it ensues. There are people out there who desire power and control above anything else, and the money supply represents the center of that control.

The truth is, a thriving society will be one that’s devoid of any reliance on governments/federal regulatory agencies. Our various systems are put in place and structured in a way to make it easy for us to be controlled, and for the “1 percent” to thrive. Right now, we are their worker bees and we choose to uphold the system and are taught, through education, to justify it and see it as necessary without ever using our imagination to ponder how it could be different.

We have so much potential, and we can do much better than we are currently doing.

The Takeaway

I often think about how absurd it is to live on a planet where you can die if you are unable to pay for your life. Having worked in this field for a number of years now, and as stated above, solutions exist to change our world and kick our dependence on corrupt governments and organizations. We could be in the stars by now. Life doesn’t have to be this way, if we continue operating from our current level of consciousness our planet will continue to be destroyed. There are better ways to do things here, and providing all citizens with a basic income, whether they are currently earning or not, is a fantastic place to start as it is clearly possible given all of the money that’s spend on measures that don’t really make sense.
