The list here is excellent but what is noteworthy is the slight meals. There are two a day but they are seriously small. What i have learned is that we educate our bodies to eat far too much. We all need a reeducation plan more than anything else.
Hunza bread is also recommended as a potent natural food that is an excellent satisfier as well. I added an item here at the end.
The hard part is learning how to live the life way in the first instance when everyone around you will balk.
