Never Throw An Avocado Seed Again

Obviously it needs to be grated at the least, the finer the better.  that then provides you with a working product to add to guacamole or a smoothie at least. One teaspoon at a time.  Also suggested to make a tea

It really sounds pretty limited and i also assume it has a somewhat bitter taste as well if we are making tea.  So far i know of no compelling reason to waste my time although it really should respond well to a low temperature baking process to break down some complex molecules.  This is really a highly available product looking for a home and ruining a smoothy may not be it.

This truly calls for a lot of practical research as we now have plenty of product easily collected as well...
