This is very good news for the aging. Just restoring normal muscle strength allows the body to more easily support the rest of the organs and better yet to maintain bone strength. It also appears to be highly effective as well suggesting that a simple daily regimen will do.
The fact is that nothing else is as important. A strong frame and muscle system allows plenty of other interventions to work out well.
It does not inform us as to why these losses occur in the first place and intervening on all that is still the preferred protocol but this instead is an excellent substitute.
