After all, the very first assumptions are mathematical continuity and a perfect sphere. Most miss the first and then forget orthogonal continuity has to matter. The so called black hole itself then radiates away completely across the spectrum and some of the energy carried off then is able to decay later back into neutral neutrinos to again begin the process of accumulation and particle production through decay. This all looks an awful lot like a Quasar. As well it explains neatly the observed galactic jets which are impossible using any form of Newtonian mechanics although amazingly folks try.
What i found most interesting is that the relatavists such as myself all knew better and black holes got no serious traction until the eighties when others picked up on the idea and started drumming it. It is an attractive tale after all. All mathematics is the result of a finite set of assumptions. Accepting a solution means accepting the foundational assumptions which are always key simplifications in their own right.
